"I've visited this McDonald's multiple times over the past year since it's nearby, and I must say the service is outstanding. It's always quick, the restaurant is clean, and the food looks great and is well-prepared. Plus, this particular McDonald's stays open until 5 AM on most days! Due to current COVID restrictions, you can only order through the drive-thru after 8:30 PM, but everything still feels very professional. I'm leaving soon, but I might come back just because I really enjoy this McDonald's. Thank you to the staff!"

"I've eaten at this McDonalds a few times and while the food has been prepared quickly each time and is standard McDonald's quality, and they do have some nice employees, I have also seen rude behavior from employees. Today an employee mocked an elderly customer who asked for sauce when the customer couldn't hear the employee. The customer had no idea the employee was mocking them, since they couldn't hear well, but this was very rude. "I was in a really bad accident yesterday at an intersection near this location. Afterwards, my daughter and I walked from the accident to this McDonalds so I we could be picked up (car was totalled). As everything I had was in my car, including a mask, I knocked on the window and asked them if they could take my order. Instead, they got a mask for me and my daughter. Very friendly throughout the entire discussion. I ordered a water and fries for my daughter, and we went back outside to eat. In an incredibly nice gesture, the workers made a happy meal for my daughter and brought it outside to her. I am very grateful for your generosity. Really appreciated it!"

"#dobettermcdonalds in Gouverneur NY Today I went to order dinner . I asked for 4meals. 2-were 6piece chicken nugget happy meals one with dr.pepper the other with sprite. With BBQ and sweet and sour sauce. One MED. 2 burger meal (without pickles or onions W/SPRITE and one LARGE double quarter pounder meal with no onions W/SPRITE AT THE DRIVE THROUGH . The guy on the speaker said does everything look correct? 1st Mistake . I said no the quarter pounder meal was supposed to be large not a med. Which I got a reply of ok have them fix it at the first window. Get that fixed and paid go to the pickup window and I'm handed 4 drinks 2.mistake all sprite so I say so sorry it was supposed to be 1.dr.pepper 3 sprites. Get that fixed get the rest of my order check the bag 3.mistake NO SAUCE so I pull around and send my daughter in to ask for sauce. Then get all the way home to find mistake 4. only fries and a toy in the happy meal boxes ugh‍ so I call and talk to a Male manager who says come back and I will remake them for u they will be ready for u as soon as u get here. So I drive back down there wait a while before I'm even acknowledged by a female manager who didn't have any knowledge of my complaint. Then took the time to put in the remake and fill it her self.(thank you for fixing the mistake WOW. 5 MISTAKES IN 1 ORDER IS 5 TO MANY. DO BETTER."

"I ordered a 2C Deluxe with no onion cheese or salt on it and they gave me a regular quarter with only ketchup mustard pickle I went back thru and told them what happened they pull me around to remake it after handing them the receipt and gave me another quarter made the same way idk y it’s so hard to read the tickets when making food as I know the managers make them use the tickets on day shift night shift is lacking a lot with all these teenagers and the people worst attitude from these little girls not only did the mess up my order they gave me old a fries and not even filled up half way this is horrible I used to work here until everything went downhill trying to juggle everything at once but one thing for sure I always read the tickets and made sure I made the food as ordered it’s not that hard to simply read I don’t recommend eating here at dinner time highly disappointed"

"This particular McDonald's is the nastiest, ever. Employees, rude. Locked the doors behind me, so I had to go through the drive thru, adding way too much time to an already long wait. Ordered two cheeseburgers ketchup only. Got everything but the ketchup. No big deal, it happens. But getting a manager to help me?????? Aggressive much? Bathrooms, gross. Drink station, gross. When using the drive-thru, they don't greet you, and it's hard to understand what the staff are saying because they mumble while taking orders. "I should've taken pictures. This is twice in one day, really unexpected and unbelievable. McDonald's is a mere reflection of what's happening to our youth, our economy, and this nation. My first trip to a McDonald's on route to Atlanta and order a double quarter pounder with cheese add lettuce and tomato. And i get ONE quarter pounder with lettuce and tomatoes. I wasnt surprised, the place was a mess. It was 12:00pm. Probly understaffed. THE BUILDING was nice. SORT OF clean. Every place is understaffed so service absent and irrelevant. They were busy with the drive thru so I ordered on the kiosk. Deluxe Spicy Crispy Chicken. It has lettuce and tomatoes. I added another Crispy chicken. I get my order and get Crispy Chicken and spicy sauce on a bun. No lettuce, tomatoes or the extra chicken. I refunded all of the above. A drink is a dollar. Refill it as many times as you want. So many menu items are worth pennies on the dollar. McDonald's you can raise your profits on those menu items by 50-120% idk. Wouldn't surprise me if even more. But I'm sure theres a limit. What loses you cant cover you make up giving minimum wage and thats seen in every location. Who ever the store and/or general managers are you're doing a fine job. Training, coaching and honing your employees to provide the most successful McDonald's stores in the area. You're stumbl--stepping stones for their futures and their careers."

"I was a school bus driver on a sports trip. I called ahead to let this store know I was coming with 12 hungry teenage boys and 3 adults. The crew at this store was very efficient at getting all the orders filled in a timely manner. They were friendly and accommodating. Food was cooked to order and done well. We all were in and out of there within an hour. Everyone ate in, so I would say that was very well done."

"Eventually, I overheard someone behind the counter asking a staff member sweeping if there was anyone in the lobby waiting for an order. Without even checking, she replied that there wasn't. I had to shout out to let them know I was indeed waiting, at which point they finally handed me my order, which had merely been left sitting at the counter. Later, I heard them discussing how three staff members had failed to show up, including one manager. Given that there were hardly any customers present during my visit, it was clear they weren't busy. Overall, the service was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing."

"I wish I could give this store zero stars. Everyone who works here is absolutely incompetent. I’ve tried multiple times to give this place a chance considering it’s just fast food and I don’t expect anything great. However, BUGS in my drink. No bacon when I order it for almost 2 dollars, I order regular sandwiches with nothing changed and somehow they are still missing sauces and some times the onions or pickles. Somehow they only hear parts of my order and never read it back so it’s not like I can correct when something is wrong. They pick and choose when they want to give good service. "Stopped by this location on my way back from Pensacola. Walked in and not one person came to take my order. Wasn't busy at all. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and looking around. "I came here with my girlfriend as part of a date. After we went inside and started to ordered I thought I heard employees cursing at one of their co workers. I wasn’t sure so at first I just shrugged it off thinking it probably wasn’t anything serious until I heard it more clearly than before. It was obvious I heard mistreatment of staff and bullying on one if not multiple of the staff there. It was embarrassing to hear such behavior go on between everyone there. It seemed like this wasn’t the first time, as if it was an every day occurrence. The staff was slightly rude to me as well but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that They were just tired. But I do feel that the staff treat each other poorly and believe that something needs to be done to stop bullying. aside from that The tables and seats were slightly dirty, and the food took around 10 minutes or more. Kid-friendliness: I believe that most of the staff is not very kid friendly as I heard, excessive, cursing and hurtful words being used on other staff members as well as the disrespectful tone while I was ordering. After we left my girlfriend shared her thoughts telling me that she didn’t like the atmosphere so I don’t recommend bringing a child here to dine in."
