What made it even worse was that I had used the restaurant's app to place my order, thinking it would help avoid any mistakes. To my surprise, the issue was not with the headset at the drive-thru, as I had been told before, but with the person operating it. I ordered a $5.00 deal which included fries, nuggets, a burger, and a drink. I received a 20-piece nugget, a basket of fries, and a Quarter Pounder, but my burger was incorrect with the addition of sauce and nuggets. It was a frustrating and illogical experience."
