"My family and I arrived for my daughter’s birthday celebration, but we were left ignored for over 30 minutes after being seated. During this time, we watched in disappointment as the family next to us received attentive service from wait staff, a manager, a sommelier, and even kitchen staff. I was tempted to protest and leave, but I didn’t want to create a scene on such a special occasion for my daughter.
Eventually, I reached out to a wait staff member nearby to request service, and he was kind enough to take our order. Shortly after, a woman who seemed to be a manager approached us and explained that our designated waiter or waitress was no longer available. If we had been informed of this sooner, we wouldn’t have felt so neglected.
I decided to try the pulled chicken, but it was overwhelmingly salty and unenjoyable. The manager did apologize and removed the dish from my bill, but the combination of unpalatable food and lackluster service is enough for me to decide against returning to this establishment."
