"Reasonably cute place. Service was certainly good. However, prices are very high for the quality of food. Very interesting menu to us, but the food was really not very tasty overall. The Salmon was horrible tasted old, fishy, rubbery, no real flavor, and a tiny piece for $38. I make far better Salmon just by baking in oven without seasoning. The mixed greens salad had a horrible vinaigrette, perhaps spoiled? Carrots and Steak were both reasonably good, though much better steaks elsewhere at that price. Wine pours were small but the price was robust. The restaurant was very loud on a Saturday night despite us having a really nice table that would have otherwise provided some ambiance for the three of us. We could barely hear our dinner conversation without speaking loudly and probably adding to the overall noise. Very costly night without anything close on the value side. The bill was $300 for the 3 of us with one drink each and lots of appetizers/shareables and 2 entrees. Wanted to like it but didn’t. Won’t be back."

there were 4 of us, we ordered the elk, the pigeon, the cloves and the scallops for our escape. the elk was delicious, like the pork and garnel. but the scallops were terrible. they were boiled and milky. we sent them back and when we got them, they were terribly captivating. the sides that were served with the pork chop and skalopps had no taste. we also had the fried chicken food and it was really good! we probably don't go back because there are many really good restaurants in the opposite. but our server and the cocktails were very good.

we ordered 3 grill plates for our party of 7. also to share some pages. the plates were somewhat disappointing. they removed their pulled booze that I heard was ingenious and substituted bun that took half of the plate. that was dry and hard. the brisket was okay, but I had much better. the st. louis ribs were also simply ok. nothing extraordinary and no good value on $55 per plate. the flesh had no sauce on them. they gave a few sauces on the side. Believe me, the dry meat needed this sauce. the server was excellent and the restaurant is a pleasant enough place to dinen. I just had a lot better bbq. I'm not a big fan of family style eating.
