"I visited this location to send a box of winter clothes and shoes to a friend whose home had just tragically burned down. She lost her fiancé and one of her dogs in the fire, along with everything else. The manager overheard me, and incredibly, UPS covered the shipping costs. I would have been willing to pay anything, but their kindness really moved me. I’ve always chosen this UPS store, even though it's not the nearest to my home, because they are efficient and knowledgeable. I will continue to return here due to their compassion and humanity."
