"I see this place didn't get too much great reviews. But it was super close to the house which is convenient. It's usually in most malls. I went durning the week so it wasn't too busy I asked how does this work whats the prices and they answered me with everything I could of asked for . The staff was nice and helpful . I got to pick which. Cake I wanted As in pricing wise the way it looked and the. Colors it's Valentine's Day so I made it plane and simple. My husband always asked for this. Cookie cake and I found it to be the best day for it . We each had a piece of it tonight the cookie tasted fresh had the right amount of softness and frosting . It was the perfect size and so cute. The pricing isn't too bad for what you get or expect . I can't wait to come here again and try more . They also have drinks and it's connected to pretzels which isn't all that bad. They always ask if you need anything else even as your picking up you're order. Make sure you order in advance too just so it can be ready on time."

"I've only had one experience here and it's been absolutely fantastic. The manager Dave, went above and beyond to help us on our order. We needed to place a last minute order from out of state to be delivered to our friend near this Mrs. Field's location in Chicago.Dave was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. He even wrote out a separate card with the custom message we gave him for our friend's occasion, and had this custom cookie cake made and delivered on time all within two hours.Even the DoorDash delivery personnel they partner with are extremely helpful and polite. Overall 10/10 experience if we're ever in town, we'll be sure to stop in for some fresh cookies. Thank you!"

"I ordered my nephews nut free cookies because of their allergies for a Christmas surprise. Well the surprise was on me. Do not order Mrs. Fields for the holidays. Got confirmation that my order was delivered on time.. however, never made it to its delivery address. Ring camera picked up not a sole dropping anything off at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Go with a company that can have a signed receipt for delivery or leave a picture like Amazon does. Don’t waste your time and or money."
