Bad,bad,bad.... I waited in line for 20+ minutes. Super slow... The employee took care of every one after us. Super bad service ?

i wish i could give them 0 stars . terrible service terrible people terrible owner . told me 5 minutes for pretzel bites and took 20 and still didnt give me them. no one come here !!!

I ordered cookies for Christmas delivery, but they never arrived. I guess I'll just have to wait. Mrs. Fields says they have a 30-day shelf life, so I'll enjoy them whenever they finally get here.

The hotel is situated in the mall next to Macy's and Forever 21. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The smell of delicious cookies fills the air, and the large frozen lemonade is fantastic—perfect for a hot day. I highly recommend the snacks!

I have been a fan of Mrs. Fields cookies since I was a teenager in Chicago. I thought the chocolate chip cookie would taste as good as the cookies and ordered one for my child's birthday. The presentation was very nice but the taste was not great. Everybody in my family including my child expressed their dislike for the cake. I thought it would taste better than Publix chocolate cookie cakes because of the name and expense. The cookie had no real taste but sugar and no one wanted seconds which is unusual for desserts in my home. I dont know if they didnt mix the ingredients right or what but it was not great.

I visited this place several times a week. I usually have no problem, but recently my cookies have been really hard. The reason I want to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewing cookies, but recently they were very hard and dry. My other question is that they have a new employee who works there... a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks immaculate. I noticed on several occasions that he has flakes along the collar of his shirt. His hair is always everywhere. Why don't they wear hair nets? This young man needs a crash course, how to look present at work... especially at work for food. I hate when he takes my order, because I only know one day I will find ha...

I see this place didn't get too much great reviews. But it was super close to the house which is convenient. It's usually in most malls.
