"I'm disappointed to say that this restaurant has really declined. I ordered a cookie online for my daughter's birthday, something I've done every year without any issues — until now. When I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order at all! After searching for a while, an employee finally located it but then asked if I could wait for 30 minutes while they made it. So, I ended up wasting half an hour at the mall, only to be told they didn't have the right size to make the cookie. Seriously?! They suggested I come back the next day to pick it up. I reluctantly agreed since my daughter was looking forward to her cookie, meaning I had to make two trips to the mall. It was a waste of time and gas, and to top it all off, they didn’t offer any compensation for the trouble. I definitely won’t be ordering from here again!"
