$17 and some change for dozen of mini cookies that are quarter big and 2 milks. ??

I’ve always enjoyed their cookies. I wish they had a location outside of the mall.

Amazing staff and cookies! I asked if they had any other cookies with a design I was looking for and they gladly made some up for me. Their buy three, get one free offer that they always have going on is the best.

I ordered a 13-inch cookie cake and, the next day, I called to see if I could change it to a 16-inch cake. The staff said it would be no problem and that it would cost $10 more. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they informed me that the price had actually increased by $15 instead. The staff here is incredibly quick and friendly! I can't resist their amazing deals. Their cakes are outstanding, and everything is always fresh. There's constantly something delicious coming out of the oven. They also make it super easy to order a cake—whether it's through their website, over the phone, or even via Grubhub! Honestly, I think I’ve gained a few pounds thanks to Mrs. Fields!

Terrible service. She got my drink order wrong and then I had to ask if there was a price difference. She asked me if I wanted the difference back? I said yes! It was a bad experience. It's way over priced for a cookie that tasted terrible and poor customer service. I also noticed that prices weren't posted anywhere. I would highly recommend changes to this store in regards to my complaints mentioned.

I'm disappointed to say that this restaurant has really declined. I ordered a cookie online for my daughter's birthday, something I've done every year without any issues — until now. When I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order at all! After searching for a while, an employee finally located it but then asked if I could wait for 30 minutes while they made it. So, I ended up wasting half an hour at the mall, only to be told they didn't have the right size to make the cookie. Seriously?! They suggested I come back the next day to pick it up. I reluctantly agreed since my daughter was looking forward to her cookie, meaning I had to make two trips to the mall. It was a waste of time an... View menu
