"I finally saw this place climb from a 3.9 to a 4.0 and I had to try. I have spent a long time finding solid Chinese food In the inwood area, it seems that ten-tan has replaced Hang Lee as the best Chinese food place in the area. Great sized chicken wings cooked nicely and chicken and broccoli feels fresh and tastes great. Their egg roll is fresh and savory. In total a solid experience. Tasted too good to take a photo. "I placed an order on Uber Eats and was told it would take 45 minutes, but it ended up taking 2 hours with no communication from the restaurant or the driver. They also forgot to include the additional egg roll I ordered. The portions of sesame chicken were disappointingly small, with mostly rice and very little chicken. I truly hope this place goes out of business as there was not a single good thing about my experience. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 1 out of 10."

"Pretty terrible. Had an old menu on hand looking for ordering some Chinese. Used the place 4 years ago and the food was evidently decent. This time around they had a meltdown because they couldn't find my house. This was after a full descriptionbeforehand, and a follow up upon their hysterical and unintelligible driver's phone call. Last house on the block, dead endstreet, only one with a pile of illuminated Halloween decorations, AND illuminated 18 high house number. I kid you not 1½foot high numbers with a light on them! Not to mention we're one town over from Teaneck and getting here required a total ofTHREE turns! The food was so salty that we were craving liquids for the next three hours. The dumplings were completely void oftaste. The Mongolian beef was largely onions and peppers and the chicken on a stick was so overcooked that it looked like thechicken got caught in a barn fire. The driver was literally shaking at the door and announced that his boss said they willnever deliver here again. Not to fear boss ...lol You won't have to. ;"

"This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had! I wasted $50 on a meal that had no chicken in my chicken and vegetable dish. The shrimp and vegetable dish only had 4 shrimp in it, and the vegetables were mushy without any crunch. The mushrooms and other ingredients seemed to be canned or frozen, definitely not fresh. I will never go back there again, as I was not happy with anything aside from the okay egg drop soup. I was very disappointed, as I don't eat out often and was looking forward to a good meal with my family. They did give me free donuts, but I would have much rather had meat in my food instead of mush."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Both the appetizers and entrees were outstanding. My favorite dish was the Bangkok Duck. You can customize the heat level of any dish by adding their spices, which is a great touch. Another favorite of mine is the Chicken Cashew. "Terrible delivery service I am a Uber eats delivery driver and I entered the restaurant and I told the lady at the register that I was here to pick up a order by the name John , she was on the phone taking an order and then told me to confirm the order , now how am I going to confirm an order that I was never told is ready for delivery. Won’t go back I actually canceled my order because she proceeded to argue with me about confirming the order then started holding the order hostage . "This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering food. First I called to order and was hung up on, which easily could have been a mistake, but it happened a second time after I had to call back. I finally was able to place my order after the 3rd attempt and was told 15 min for food. When I arrived 20 minutes later the only thing that had been prepared were my egg rolls. Nobody else was in the shop and the two workers weren 't preparing any orders. It took nearly 3 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged and another 5 before anyone approached to ask what I was there for! I know the food was fresh because I saw it being prepared, but I almost wish it hadn 't been. At least that would explain the blandness and overall poor quality. My wife and my chicken fried rice literally had ONE piece of chicken in it. My shrimp with lobster sauce was all sauce and no shrimp and was extremely bland. I do not know if this place has changed ownership, but there is no way the other reviews come even remotely close to describing this place as an enjoyable experience. We will certainly never be going back."

"This is the only Chinese restaurant near my house that closes at 10pm. I called in my order and 15 minutes later, the food was ready. We ordered the General Tso's Chicken dinner combo and the Garlic Shrimp. Both dishes tasted great, but I felt the General Tso's Chicken had too much food coloring. I especially loved the Garlic Shrimp because it had large shrimp and a variety of vegetables. We will definitely order from this place again."
