"This place...Yum! If you want good Chinese food on the westside of Cleveland, this place is worth the stop. The prices are fair, the food exceptional! "I found the ordering process very simple and efficient, although I had to cancel my previous order, it was easy. I ordered several dishes and found them incredibly tasteful, especially the shrimps Mei Fun and spring rolls. I'm originally from a city with excellent Chinese food, so I don't expect perfection here, but I was thrilled. With that said, it seems that some of the bad reviews here are from my people or people who had a bad day. I don't want to cook for the public and feel for every restaurant today. If my order is most of the time, I'm happy. I am human and understand that things are not always perfect in life and work. But this is good food and as someone who cooked a lot, I guess someone else do it for me today, and so much delicious food. Do not let the middle reviews scare you."

"The food here was not good at all. 1st, half my order was missing. I recieved neither the lo mein nor the rice I ordered. 2nd, the egg rolls were drenched in so much grease they bled through the wrapper they came in AND through another 2 more layers ofpaper towels. 3rd, both orders of fries were ACTUALLY undercooked that they were literally falling apart just by picking them upso I had to recook them myself. There was also a piece of very VERY cooked chicken mixed in with my fries which ALSO had someweird black specks in it that I'd presume to be pepper but at this point it's more than likely burnt food remnants from thefryer they likely cook both their french fries and chicken in. All that was $46 with 5 being just the tip. I didn't even botherfinishing my order here and ordered the rest elsewhere. The wings were probably the only basically decent thing out of theentire order."

"During our stay in Henderson, NV, after enjoying some time in Northern AZ Canyon Country, our family was craving Chinese food. We found Chopstix on Yelp, where it had mostly positive reviews, so we decided to order takeout. The owner who took our call was very articulate and friendly, making it easy to place an order for a large meal for four. We arrived about 20 minutes later, just as the food was being boxed up. The owner was very helpful, showing us each order to ensure everything was correct. He even sent us off with plates, napkins, chopsticks, and forks. The meal itself was outstanding! The Egg Foo Young, Orange Chicken, Lo Mein Noodles, Fried Rice, and Pork Pad Thai were all perfectly prepared. I highly recommend Chopstix!"

"This place is definitely my go-to when it comes towards Chinese food in the area. Probably the best lo mein I've had in the area. The quality of the food is good, the service is good, and the prices are fair. The prices are a little more than I'm used to spending when it comes towards Chinese, but since the quality is good and so is the service (I've never received an error with my order) I can't complain."

"My family had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We had not enjoyed Chinese food like this since the beginning of the pandemic, so we had to try it out. The Crab Rangoon was amazing, just like old times. They followed my instructions perfectly, providing a plate with no veggies and the lo mein was flavorful and generous with the meat. I was pleasantly surprised because in other places, the rice is too hard, the portions are smaller, and the chicken tastes frozen. But at this restaurant in Newark, the food brought me back to the great old Chinese dishes. I ordered through Uber Eats since the Chinese options in my area were not good, but I was satisfied with this place. You must give it a try! And the portions are big enough for leftovers."

"I usually don't criticize food too harshly, but our meal here was genuinely disappointing. My family came together to celebrate my dad's birthday, and we regretted our restaurant choice right away. The food was slimy, lacked flavor, and had an unpleasant aftertaste. The only item that was somewhat decent was the spring rolls, which seemed to be frozen and just warmed up. While the service was decent, the tables were dirty and sticky, leaving my sleeves stained just from resting against one. Overall, it was a terrible experience and a waste of $90."

"We had a group of four for lunch, and the rather large waitress charged us $12.99 each for the buffet on Monday, in addition to the drinks. I had been reading recent reviews, and I noticed that others mentioned the lunch buffet cost $11.79. Why were we charged more? We even left her a generous tip. I wonder why they don't follow the practice of other restaurants, like CiCi's Pizza or Golden Corral, where you pay first before going to a table. On top of that, the soups were sour and overly salty, and the meats were very fatty."
