"We waited over 15 minutes for our food. I ordered a 3-piece wing dinner, but the wings were burnt and appeared old. I also had to request the slaw that I initially ordered. Additionally, I ordered a 4-piece Supreme dinner with potato rounds but only received 3 pieces. When I asked about it, the staff member claimed I was lying. I can't understand why it's so hard for them to count to 3. The afternoon staff is definitely not as attentive or efficient as the morning crew."

"I waited 25 minutes for my order of French fries at this restaurant. I considered changing my side dish, but the staff was nowhere to be found. When I finally received the fries, they were barely warm. Surprisingly, the fried chicken that had been sitting out was still hot and very tasty. Overall, the service was slow and the meal was for lunch."

"I apos;m Very Impressed after ordering from Bojangles for the first time. A 12pc (all dark) family meal with 2 family fries, biscuits, Mac Cheese with an extra Mashed Potatoes Gravy on the side. Feeding a Family of 4 with 3 teenagers look at the left overs? Excellent Value."

"Been here several times, have had several issues with getting orders correctly. On my last visit I ordered an 8 piece dark chicken box. Employees stated that they didn't have enough dark pieces. Instead of offering options to wait for more chicken or allow substitutions, they stared at me like I was just supposed to order something else. Might adjust score when/if my complaint is received and followed up by those it concerns. For now this is a one-star establishment. Will not revisit. EDIT: I've attempted to reach out to Bojangles Corporate several times over the phone and through their online customer service. No one from Bojangles has attempted to communicate with me regarding the poor service complaint. I have to assume they just don't care that they lost a 25+ year customer."

"Went Bojangles on midlothian on Feb 18. My husband and I love their chicken and sausage and egg biscuit. That what I order each time I go there. Sadly to say thelast time. When I walked in I stood at the register for 5 minutes eas not acknowledged. Them a young lady that was standing by drive thru came over . She took my order played it was on the counter and walked away. I stood there for another 10 minutes, Noone said anything about my order. Young guy came up I asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was. I explained my situation. He went over to the drivethru ask the young lady to get my order. Their customer service is terrible."
