"Been here several times, have had several issues with getting orders correctly. On my last visit I ordered an 8 piece dark chicken box. Employees stated that they didn't have enough dark pieces. Instead of offering options to wait for more chicken or allow substitutions, they stared at me like I was just supposed to order something else. Might adjust score when/if my complaint is received and followed up by those it concerns. For now this is a one-star establishment. Will not revisit. EDIT: I've attempted to reach out to Bojangles Corporate several times over the phone and through their online customer service. No one from Bojangles has attempted to communicate with me regarding the poor service complaint. I have to assume they just don't care that they lost a 25+ year customer."

I've had it once before back in November but this time it was not delicious. The breading was soggy and had no flavor. The fries were OK. The biscuits did not disappoint.

I had the grilled chicken salad and it was excellent. Also, tried a bit the roasted chicken and French fries my daughter ordered and they were also great, especially the bbq sauce. Customer service was also here stellar!

I have visited this Bojangles several times, and they've often either gotten my order completely wrong or have forgotten items. It seems to depend on which shift is working. Sometimes, everything goes perfectly, but I can't seem to figure out when the good staff is on duty. Overall, it's really a hit or miss experience.

I live in the Low East community, and the only Bojangles I visit is the one near me. It offers great value, quick service, and friendly staff, and the place is always clean. I cannot begin to say how disappointing this visit was. Had to wait at the drive thru order box before I could order with several cars behind me. Once I got my order there was no seasoning on the fries, the chicken leg look like a drumette from a wing, and the thigh once the breading was removed was only two small bites of chicken. The breading on the chicken was hard and almost impossible to eat. Please see photos the chicken is on a fry bag to give you an idea of just how small the chicken pieces were. They must be desperate and using pullets vs full grown chickens!

I used to love bojangles and this place has really turned me away from it. They can?t ever get the orders right. If they are out of something they don?t tell you they just give you something else I guess in hopes you won?t notice until you drive off. I told them I wanted a Dr Pepper they gave me tea when I told them they said yeah we are out. This has happened several times. This was a meal we got only two pieces of chicken and biscuits looks like complete garbage. Our other meal had fries and they weren?t even cooked all the way. Not to mention all the attitudes you get.
