"This Bojangles location is definitely the worst I've ever been to. The staff always seems to have a poor attitude, and they often run out of menu items. Today, they didn't have any large items available, including cups and containers for large fries. From now on, I will choose to drive further to the next nearest location to avoid this one altogether."

"This place is so good for a fast food restaurant. We have been coming here for years and they have still maintained the same high quality. Mrs. Shirley is a wonderful lady who keeps the dining room clean. She clean the tables, trays and comes around and ask if you need a refill. She added placemats and flowers to the dining area and it give it a comfortable homey fill. I enjoy coming up here and eating breakfast in the morning."

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"I typically stop by Bojangles whenever I’m in the South, since we don’t have any locations up North. The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff maintained a friendly demeanor and did a great job. Ultimately, we went for the food, and it was just as good as I’ve had at many other places."

"This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it?s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don?t know what you mean.???????. Shows they need muchmore training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinnerssat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn?thave happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completelywrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I calledfor an hour off on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw,there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who isconsidering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES."

"Bojangles Fulton Industrial is the worst! I ordered online and took my receipt just in case because it was my attempt at RETRYING this location due to consistent previous poor service. They were just as incompetent and rude as always. This time, the manager who says her name is Joy, was the one I talked with directly. Even though the online receipt states I can pick up drive thru she said they never allow drive thru for online orders. She said they did not have my order at all. I came inside and gave her my receipt. THEY SLOWLY PREPARED MY ORDER, NEVER OFFERED AND APOLOGY! When I addressed the non-apology with Joy, she said it wasn 't their fault that they didn 't have my order and as I walked away she YELLED SORRY YOU HAD TO COME INSIDE. Joy 's attitude is true to character of the previous reason I stopped going to this store and will never ever go back again!"

"Food was great and hot! Those biscuits, enough said. I thought meals come with a soda but that is $2.39 extra after I paid $9 for a 2 piece? I asked for BBQ sauce, thinking okay what harm would one do with my chicken meal but I had to pay for that as well? I know all about inflation but the other fast food places are not charging. My only option was ketchup or hot sauce. I got ignored when I asked for a bag because the employees were to busy having a conversation, I had to grab it myself. They might have charged me if they actually gave it to me."

"If you pay for a 5 piece meal you'll get a 4 piece and a few bo fries. Not to mention the red headed girl taking your order is rude, and will scream I'm busy on her headset. I will definitely not be going back. This makes twice I have paid for a 5 piece and only gotten a 4 piece. Could have told me sorry but I only have 4 very small tenders left."

"We stopped into the BoJangles in Burgaw, NC tonight around 8:30. Their sign said open until 10:30 pm. After waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes, a young man came over to take our order. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. He replied that they were cooking some now and it would be about 8 minutes. I said that was fine, I didn 't mind waiting. My husband ordered the 2 piece dark dinner. The young man said we don 't have any chicken. We just have 1 breast and that 's all I was afraid to ask what they had planned to put on my sandwich. I promise the sign out front says BoJangles Chicken ! We said we would just go elsewhere. Why were they open? Just so they could tell everyone that they don 't have chicken? Sorry folks, no pictures cause we ain 't got no chicken!"

"Place online order. Arrived at time agreed on. Only had a few customers it took additional 10 minutes for them to answer call button ,then another 5 minutes to receive my order that was burnt,and Unedible. Use to be one of my favorites, but I will not return."
"I recently tried the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich at Bojangles and overall, it was a decent addition to their menu. The BBQ was a bit on the dry side and could have used some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. It lacked a smoky flavor and bark, reminding me more of pork from a slow cooker. However, the staff was friendly and efficient, and I appreciate Bojangles offering another option besides their chicken specialties. I would likely order it again in the future when visiting the restaurant."

"We stopped by on a whim as my Husband wanted to try the chicken in comparison to Popeyes. The chicken wasn't hot and the breading wasn't crispy. It's like they had been sitting for awhile. The Cajun beans and sweet potato pie were good. The biscuits were delicious and the Cajun biscuit sandwich was yummy. We should have added pickles but it was still good with hot sauce added. Service... we planned to dine in but weren't asked so it was confusing when everything was packaged for take out. The wait for food wasn't long but not super friendly at the counter"

"Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not great. Not only was the wait in line very long, but I also encountered an issue with payment. I value honesty and hard work, and I typically like to reward those who display those qualities with positive reviews. However, during my visit, the cashier at the drive-thru kept the extra dollar I gave them. I had to ask for it back, which was disappointing. I believe they were aware that I noticed the error. It's a shame, as I would have gladly given them $100 for their honesty, but they chose to take $1 instead. Very disappointing."

"My order was supposed to be ready at 7:27 . I got to the drive thru window at 7:26 and let them know I had a mobile order and they told me to park in the curbside parking. 7:48 I ended up going inside the store to see if my order was ready and they never started working on it. I am highly displeased and that is completely unacceptable. I waited over an hour from the time I placed my order to the time I actually got my food . I finally received my food At 8:10. I requested online for someone to contact me and for me to get a refund and I have heard NOTHING ! I am livid !"

"The server's sole responsibility was to take orders, yet she still managed to mess mine up. I asked for a sausage biscuit, but she repeated back bacon, egg, and cheese. She was loud and rather rude. After waiting for 10 minutes, I received a cold biscuit. I specifically requested sweet tea with no ice, but my cup was filled with more ice than tea. Overall, I felt that my time and gas were wasted."

"I ordered two supreme meals, and unfortunately, my chicken strips were cold and dry, and the macaroni didn't taste good at all. I'm really surprised, as I haven't been here in years, and I was excited to finally come back for some great food, only to be let down. I distinctly remember the macaroni being much better than what I had this time. It's disappointing. I opted for three stars instead of one because I recall enjoying the food in the past, so maybe it was just an off day. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I'm truly disappointed, especially considering the price I paid for a meal that didn't meet my expectations."

"I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Wendy and Ray were incredibly friendly. When I requested fresh chicken, they happily obliged and even provided fresh side dishes to accompany it. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome, and I can honestly say it was the best service I've received at a Bojangles. The food was great as well—hot, well-seasoned, and, most importantly, fresh. I’m deducting one star, though, because the location itself is a bit outdated and could use some renovations on the interior."

"never had a bad experience in years. today the whole staff takes care of my experience. how long I've been waiting for 30 customers before me, even though I was before them. I was never asked the name for my pickup, they just thought they knew what. After asking why I'm set to the back of the line, no matter how many customers come, I said they always come first and I have to wait for all of them to be served until they start my and his corporate policy. because I don't want to eat there and get it togo. it's not fast, I can't just pick it up, I'm less important than going into it. I don't know how long I'm waiting for a TOGO pickup, I'm gonna stop coming there. I am very busy and can't afford to wait 40 minutes for a pickup for my family, and borders and dates that I have to do on time. Why isn't my time worth it?"

"Went to Bogangles on to get a Cajun fillet biscuit with borounds and sweet potato pie. I ordered and ask the lady to make sure I was charged to a large boround she looked over and confirmed. I waited then this person with an orange Hijab rudely told meshe didn't and I could accept the small or pay the difference. The lady at the register admitted she messed up. I told her nothat is ridiculous and she should fix the mistake not me. So I told her just refund my order and I would just leave. So shefixed that. I waited for my sweet potato pies and she said we didn't charge me for them and threw a 8.00 receipt at me. Iwalked out looked at my credit card receipt and saw it for 11.08 took at back and she finally gave me my order. They lady thattook my order and the lady giving out drinks I apologize for my frustration but the Lady in the Orange Hijab has no bussiness incustomer service. All she does is blame the customer and never want to fix the mistake."

We ended up waiting alongside three other cars, and when the staff member finally came out with everyone else's orders, ours was completely wrong. She even gave our food to a woman next to us and asked what our order was, yet she still couldn't get it right. To make matters worse, the food wasn't fresh either. As for parking, the area is quite small."
