"This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it?s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don?t know what you mean.???????. Shows they need muchmore training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinnerssat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn?thave happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completelywrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I calledfor an hour off on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw,there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who isconsidering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES."

I regularly dine here for both breakfast and dinner, and I've never encountered any problems!

I was very disappointed with this store yesterday... I work long hours and I stopped at this location when I got out of work... It was only 8pm and...

I waited over 15 minutes just to have my order taken, and then another 45 minutes for my food, which was incomplete. I'm really disappointed and I'm not sure that... View menu

This is the worst Bojangles in town. Every time I visit, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes for my food. If you can overlook the long wait, you might want to give them a shot.

I waited in line for 20 minutes after paying for my order, and I honestly wouldn't have stuck around if I hadn't already paid. By the time I got home, my fries were cold and bland. The seasoned fries are usually the highlight of my meal! You really need to hire more staff!

Food is okay. But what I can't wrap my head around is how at every place in two states I have visited mess with your day. They all give you your drink at payment, then make you wait for the straw in your food? At some places that can be over 10/15minutes, just sitting there staring at that delicious drink and no straw? Up your game Bo View menu

Despite my better judgment, I decided to give their 2 for $4 steak biscuit deal a shot. As expected, it was nothing like the advertisements promised. The biscuits were as flat as a pancake, and the taste was just mediocre. To top it off, right after the person in front of me had to stop because of a mix-up with their order, I faced my own issue. They forgot to include two of my biscuits and acted as if they couldn’t believe me, just 30 seconds after handing me the bag.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but my experience here was quite disappointing. We waited in line for twenty minutes without anyone acknowledging us, with a long line of others waiting to order behind us. I finally had to ask if someone was going to take my order, and the staff were extremely rude and seemed annoyed by my inquiry. Having worked in food service myself, I understand how hectic things can get when you're busy and short-staffed, but at the very least, you should acknowledge that customers are waiting and treat them with respect.

"Never been to Libby?s before. I was looking for somewhere to take my mom for her birthday and probably didn?t do enough research. It was far more casual than I envisioned. The waitress was wearing shorts and the atmosphere left a good bit to be desired. The service was excellent I?d go back for that reason alone. First up was the fried green tomatoes and honestly they were the worst I?ve ever had; probably in my entire life. Zero salt or seasoning. I?m a fried green tomato expert these fell seriously short. Super thin, more breading than tomato and dull. I had the Folly Beach shrimp and asked the server if they were truly SC shrimp and she said they were. They tasted fresh and were probably frozen but I can?t say I could tell if they were. They were lightly breaded, again no seasoning but perfectly cooked. Entrees are offered with only 4 choices of sides, hand cut fries , raw fries, pasta salad or slaw. I?m not a fan of Mayo based slaw theirs is) so I chose the pasta salad hand cut fries. The fries were good but under salted for sure. The pasta salad was decent, not overdressed. My definition of raw fries must be different from theirs as a dining companion got these and they were crispy like a chip. That same companion got the BBQ shrimp and said the sausage was almost inedible as it was suffering from being severely over cooked. It couldn?t even be cut with a fork despite being paper thin. My spouse had the Libby burger and said it was good. Additionally the tomatoes were served with a dill ranch sauce made in house that was very good and the shrimp were served with a cocktail sauce that was horrible. It tasted just like ketchup with no hint of horseradish whatsoever. Huge miss on that. I left thinking Libby?s has much room for improvement but overall was just ok. Truly the service was the highlight."
