"We had a fantastic experience dining at Federal Grill on Saturday evening. The host (or manager) greeted us warmly and checked in on us several times throughout the night. Being a Saturday in the Financial District, the atmosphere was quite calm, which enhanced our enjoyment. The food was excellent, especially the fried chicken, and the cocktails were unique. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance of the room was lovely."

"This is truly the best gas station I've ever visited. The restrooms are spotless, and I love the overall concept. While they do offer fuel, the store features upscale snacks and drinks, plus a deli serving fresh-made breakfast and lunch options. I tried the BLAT sandwich—bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato, with a fresh scrambled egg added. The egg was genuine, not that powdered egg substitute you often find. And the bread was absolutely incredible! I understand this is a chain that is gradually expanding throughout the New England area. Keep an eye out for one near you; it's definitely the coolest gas station you'll ever come across."

"The service was extremely slow. The cook seemed frustrated as he handled the orders, while the person at the counter was distracted watching videos on his phone. The food was just okay, but the customer service was very poor. I won't be returning."

"It?s been a while since I last visited this lucky 7 probably before Covid first hit. After walking in I was greeted by the clerk which was nice and I noticed the store itself was under stocked and almost all the drink machines weren?t working. I ordered a half American hoagie and I believe it came out to $8. I waited out front of the deli counter for a few minutes and noticed there wasn?t anybody there. I thought oh well if it comes to it I?ll ask the clerk what?s going on with it. Right after I had that thought someone walked out from the back and asked if I had an order and I said yeah for an American hoagie. They washed their hands right away and got right to making my sandwich and it was done in a minute. The size in my opinion is probably a normal persons whole size so for the price it was very good. The hoagie itself was good nothing crazy, but I definitely enjoyed it. It was very sad to see this place look like it had no life when before Covid when I used to go here all the shelves were stocked and I?m pretty sure there was more workers too. Nonetheless I definitely recommend giving this place a shot especially since the pricing is always great."

"PROS: This diner is slightly higher than other diners. The quality of the food was better than usual, and the menu was a regular diner menu. The place had a nice layout and a waiting staff that was very well maintained, beautiful and knowledge about the menu. Some diners have a waiting staff acting like they don't want to be there, but it was different here. The mood you get from these people was great. It was very clean and the owner even came by to welcome us. CONS: Parking is terrible! You are either lucky enough to park on the street or you need to park in their crumb parking the size of a highway. OVERALL: This is not a bad diner, one of the best actually. In addition to the parking lot, the food and the service was great and the atmosphere was a bit higher. I recommend it!"

"Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!"

"Best breakfast/lunch in Bloomfield hands down. Never a bad meal no matter what you order. I would come here at least once a week, and always try something different and it always delivers. Incredible French toast with fresh berries, the best Greek yogurt topped with honey and walnuts of if you're naughty, top it with baklava! The village baguette is a nice light healthy sandwich option. Breakfast quesadilla is a large portion and delicious. I can honestly keep going, I've basically tried it all. They also have a wide variety of ready made Greek pastries. Perfect if you like your sweets really sweet best chai latte around. Friendly staff, plenty of seating option. Stay a while, really enjoy yourself"

"I have been to brunch on several occasions. This time my overall experience was disappointing. Bread was cold, croissants and biscuits should have been let in a warmer. The large number of Flies were very unsanitary and distracting on both the buffet and at our table. The uncovered shrimp veggies, fruit, shrimp and dips were a feast for the flies. At one time we counted five flies at our table. Throughout the meal we had to swap flies off us and our food. Each time someone left the table their food and dinks had to be covered from the flies. My husband was told a door was left opened the day before. This should have been taking care of before the restaurant opened. I could not enjoy my meal and did not take any item that was uncovered on the buffet. We were a party of six. My three grandsons made a game out of swatting the flies. To spend 300.00 for brunch and not able to enjoy my meal was a big disappointment. I sincerely hope management read this review."

"I didn't try the famous hot dog, but I had the pasta, pizza, and fried dough garlic bread. The pasta with cheese and sauce was amazing and very filling, with a generous portion of pasta and plenty of cheese. I would rate the pizza a 3 out of 4; I only got two slices instead of a whole box, so I can't say for sure if a full box would be different, but those slices were quite large. My wife loved the fried dough, which they cut into strips, and the kids also enjoyed it. Again, they were generous with the toppings. I was surprised to see milkshakes and a lot of other menu items there; I always thought it was just a hot dog place, but they had so much more. I recommend calling in your order ahead of time because this place gets busy, and you’ll have to wait if you don’t. Also, when I visited tonight, they were cash only, so make sure to bring cash. I’m not sure if that’s always the case, but it’s best to be prepared."

"I went in with modest expectations, mainly anticipating a wait for a table due to the packed parking lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the restaurant is, and we were seated right away. Our server promptly greeted us, compensating for the rather lackluster welcome we received from the host. She was friendly, addressed our questions, offered great suggestions, and checked on us a few times during our meal—truly providing five-star service. Our server mentioned that they had recently updated their menu, which may explain the discrepancies with their online offerings. I ordered the Gateway omelette, which now includes spinach, mushrooms, onions, house-made hash, and cheese, creating a delicious blend of flavors. The corned beef hash was tender and packed with taste. I added onions to my home fries and opted for a side of rye toast—everything was enjoyable. My husband ordered poached eggs and praised the hollandaise sauce as excellent. The only downsides were that my omelette was slightly overcooked and crisp on the outside, the poached eggs were a bit too firm, and the well-done home fries were tougher than expected. Despite these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The value is fantastic, as there’s plenty of food for the price, coupled with excellent service from our server. We will certainly be returning for more!"

"Our waiter, Morris, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. He truly saved our evening. We had a large party that we needed to take to dinner last minute, and he was able to arrange beautiful garden seating for us. Despite a language barrier with our Czech guests, Morris was patient and attentive while we ordered. The food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. Morris handled everything with humor and kindness, and we can't speak highly enough of him. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to everyone because of his exceptional service."

"Two of us ordered salads with chicken. It was cold chopped chicken that was dry, like you’d get at a salad bar. Another order salmon that was virtually tasteless. The Caroline salads also didn’t have the ingredients listed one the menu. Finally, we’d never had enchiladas with too much cheese, but these did. Our side of asparagus had six short skinny spears. It looked RIDICULOUS on the plate. This is a cozy place and we enjoyed our drinks but the food was very disappointing. No one ever asked if the food was ok…. Maybe they know."
