"We had a fantastic experience dining at Federal Grill on Saturday evening. The host (or manager) greeted us warmly and checked in on us several times throughout the night. Being a Saturday in the Financial District, the atmosphere was quite calm, which enhanced our enjoyment. The food was excellent, especially the fried chicken, and the cocktails were unique. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance of the room was lovely."

I dined here alone and enjoyed watching the shops. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. The maitre d' was very attentive, and the waitstaff was both knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were a bit high, but I suppose that's expected in one of the most expensive cities in the world.

It was good on most parts. However, there were a few things they can improve on. Our waiter didn't have a bad attitude, but also didn't have any smile on him. They keep pulling up the shades when we had told them the sun was in our eyes. For a restaurant at this level, they should've deveined the shrimp; it didn't look appealing.
