"We always come to this location, but the staff tonight were extremely rude. We always get the 20 piece family meal that has the tenders and chicken. I asked for the meal and sides of Mac cheese , coleslaw and fries. We received our stuff at the window and I pulled up to check the box since my order was messed up last time I came there but didn't feel like going back there since I didn't check last time and was already home. Well I opened the box and was missing fries, so I walked in and let the staff know I was missing fries, the lady argued with me telling me she knows she put fries in the box, but she didn't and kept going on and on and arguing with me. I spent almost $40 bucks and you are going to have the nerve to argue with me over a $2 fry you didn't put in my box. I said I would bring the box in or they could come look for themselves since she claimed she put it in there. So she gave me the fry but continued to give me an attitude, I let her know she was extremely rude and had a serious attitude. The older white gentleman whom was there working with the ear piece (possibly a manager) even told her to stop.. I'm super disappointed in the way I was treated tonight, maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know.. but that was seriously uncalled for. Hopefully management can train these employees to be more respectful to customers."

"This Bojangles location is definitely the worst I've ever been to. The staff always seems to have a poor attitude, and they often run out of menu items. Today, they didn't have any large items available, including cups and containers for large fries. From now on, I will choose to drive further to the next nearest location to avoid this one altogether."

"This Bojangels gets some credit for being a relatively new building, very clean and very friendly. However, I waited 30 minutes for my order. A chicken place didn't have any chicken ready?!?! When the Chicken was ready they had run out of biscuits. Warmbiscuits and just fried chicken tasted great another reason to give some credit. Unfortunately, if you order chicken tenders aswell, with sauce, they are cold sitting in the warmer didn't keep them warm. Oh and ask them to check for the sauce becausethe sauce was not in the bag as promised. Major loss of points for service."

"This place is so good for a fast food restaurant. We have been coming here for years and they have still maintained the same high quality. Mrs. Shirley is a wonderful lady who keeps the dining room clean. She clean the tables, trays and comes around and ask if you need a refill. She added placemats and flowers to the dining area and it give it a comfortable homey fill. I enjoy coming up here and eating breakfast in the morning."

"I’ve given this place so many chances, but I’m done. Tonight, we waited forever for our food. We get up to the window, the lady hands us the wrong drinks. She ASKED FOR THEM BACK! I didn’t mind giving them back, but you’re never supposed to take food back from a customer. They finally gave us our drinks; get home and they’re the wrong drinks. We didn’t get our extra seasoning on the fries, the fries were definitely old, and my baby’s Mac and cheese was cold. Terrible service and terrible experience!!!"

"The food was excellent! Unfortunately, they did forget to include our Cajun biscuit and Bo rounds. On top of that, the cashier was rather rude and kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to place my order. I understand that it can be hectic when it's busy; I work in the food industry and customer service too, so I know it’s not always easy. However, that doesn't justify treating customers poorly."

"I typically stop by Bojangles whenever I’m in the South, since we don’t have any locations up North. The chicken is usually fantastic—delicious, moist, and tender—just like it was this time, even though I jokingly refer to the after-effects as the "blojangles." We arrived around noon and the place was quite busy, with about 10 people in line and the drive-thru packed. The restrooms, especially the women's, could use some attention. When we left, the trash bins were overflowing, but the staff promptly replaced them right after we exited. The tables could have been cleaner as they felt a bit greasy. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff maintained a friendly demeanor and did a great job. Ultimately, we went for the food, and it was just as good as I’ve had at many other places."

"This particular bojangles use to be the best one around. Not anymore-it?s the worst. We ordered 2 dinners. I simply asked if the mashed potatoes had gravy on top of them. The response I got was I don?t know what you mean.???????. Shows they need muchmore training at their job. This was through the drive through. Got to the window had to wait like 10-12 mins as our dinnerssat on the counter getting cold. Long story short; there were plenty of employees inside in the kitchen that this shouldn?thave happened. They were too busy socializing because we could hear the entire coversation. Got home 1order was completelywrong. The other was cold, the other was not thouroky cook so, it was mushy. Needless to say we had to throw all out. I calledfor an hour off on. No answer EVER. Obviously they had more socializing to do than be concerned about their customers. Btw,there were only 2 other cars there in the line behind us no one inside or in line inside. Posting this so anyone who isconsidering eating here should choose another BOJANGLES."

"I don’t go this way often but if I have to go again, I don’t care how hungry I am or what else is close by, I will NOT stop here again. Managers always on the front line working they’ve always got plenty of help dining room, always clean never once have I came into the store and seen a dirty table ever ! Come here to charge my car I can eat Piss in a clean restaurant and Enjoy my food By the time I’m done with that car charged I come here every week twice a week. "Bojangles Fulton Industrial is the worst! I ordered online and took my receipt just in case because it was my attempt at RETRYING this location due to consistent previous poor service. They were just as incompetent and rude as always. This time, the manager who says her name is Joy, was the one I talked with directly. Even though the online receipt states I can pick up drive thru she said they never allow drive thru for online orders. She said they did not have my order at all. I came inside and gave her my receipt. THEY SLOWLY PREPARED MY ORDER, NEVER OFFERED AND APOLOGY! When I addressed the non-apology with Joy, she said it wasn 't their fault that they didn 't have my order and as I walked away she YELLED SORRY YOU HAD TO COME INSIDE. Joy 's attitude is true to character of the previous reason I stopped going to this store and will never ever go back again!"

"I visited the restaurant yesterday for a snack and ordered a large mashed potato with extra gravy. When I picked up the gravy container, it only felt warm, so I removed the lid to pour it out. To my surprise, it was filled to the brim and didn’t have any warning label about being hot. Unfortunately, it spilled all over my hand and burned me badly. I had to rush to Chick-fil-A to get ice for my hand, which is still swollen. I've been advised to contact my lawyer about my injuries. I urge the restaurant to provide warnings if the items are hot."

"This was an awful experience. Twice, we were asked if our order was dine-in or to-go. Twice, we replied it was dine-in. We received our order (after an extended wait) inside a bag and in boxesa to-go order. One order was correct, and the other was wrong and contained a side order that was half of what it should have been. One of the orders contained a nearly raw biscuit. When I explained that my order wasn’t right, I was told that I would have to wait to get what I had actually ordered. My dining companion would have finished eating before I ever received what I actually ordered. No apologies: nothing at all. Will not return to this restaurant. "To make matters worse, the sandwiches I've received have often been stale, dry, and overcooked to the point of being difficult to chew. Since I usually stop at Bo's while traveling, I often find myself having to pick apart the sandwiches to eat only the parts that are somewhat edible. This is unacceptable, especially considering they seem to prepare one order at a time. It feels like I’m being served chicken that has been left under a heat lamp for too long and then refried in a failed attempt to reheat it. I've tried giving them several chances, but I’m officially done with this place. Next time, I will seek out a more reputable Bo's with professional staff and fresh food. "this place has messed up my order several times, but i always decide to give it another chance because they used to be my #1 favorite place. i have worked in multiple restaurants and i understand mistakes happen, but they can only be excused with honesty and kindness and that is what the employees there lack, severely. yesterday my grandmother and i were going to Chattanooga had a busy day ahead of us so we decided to stop and get one cajun filet biscuit and a small sweet tea. two items. two! and they still messed that up. i received a water instead of sweet tea. because my grandmother was getting a surgery and i had to take care of her afterwards, of course i did not make a phone call to tell them their mistake. so, i stopped this morning and ordered the same exact thing and we made them aware of what happened. the guy at the window (i wasn?t able to see a name tag if there was one) caught an attitude with us and was saying that without a phone call to a manager there was nothing he could do. if you have a specific policy, just say that. don?t be rude. he then said ?go to the one on apd 40 maybe they will satisfy your needs.? maybe learn how to do your job correctly and stop being a complete menace to the service industry. your pettiness was not impressive nor warranted. if you hate your job so much then quit."

"Food was great and hot! Those biscuits, enough said. I thought meals come with a soda but that is $2.39 extra after I paid $9 for a 2 piece? I asked for BBQ sauce, thinking okay what harm would one do with my chicken meal but I had to pay for that as well? I know all about inflation but the other fast food places are not charging. My only option was ketchup or hot sauce. I got ignored when I asked for a bag because the employees were to busy having a conversation, I had to grab it myself. "Every time I come they are out of white gravy, this time 10am. It's milk and mix, how is that not a quick fix, it's Saturday in the summer. I'm done with this one, will drive the extra distance from now on.
