"I entered the restaurant to order 2 biscuit combos and 2 sausage biscuits. The employee rang up the two combos and then I gave her my coupon for a buy one get one free sausage biscuit. I made it clear that we wanted both sausage biscuits. However, when our order was brought to the counter 5 minutes later, we only received 1 of the two sausage biscuits. The employee had counted one of the biscuits in the buy one get one offer. She simply stated that it was rang up incorrectly and walked away. I am disappointed with the service and will now consider going to a different restaurant. I suggest that the management handle issues with their employees in a more professional manner. That's all for now."
