"Today, Thurs. June 20, 2024 I am Changing my Original review from a 5 to a No Star. My husband I came today at 11:20 a.m. with our Church group of 12 men women. We looked around and there were lots of tables empty. The back where we usually sit as a group was empty. The waitresses Mgr. said they could not accommodate us. We would have to sit at tables scattered throughout the restaurant. (Yet there was a long table of 15 ladies in the middle enjoying their lunch). We had to walk back to our church bus in the hot heat we decided on the Flight Deck in Lexington. Our group leader made a call to them and they said they 'd be 'more than happy ' to have us! They let us have the very large, Perfect, nicely decorated back room!! It was nothing but POSITIVE results at the Flight Deck. Excellent Friendly Service, Awesome waitress, Delicious Food such a wonderful variety of many types of food! It was hard to choose which meal, as there was so much! The sides were hard to choose from because they ALL looked delicious! Easy parking shade too!! Much SAFER to get in and out of with Lunchtime traffic as well. It truly was a blessing in disguise that Creekside sent us away. Thank you, Creekside for the memories.. you Lost ALOT of LOCAL, EXCELLENT Generous TIPPING , good ol country folks. Dan Sue Q. I tried this restaurant with my family. I ordered breakfast, specifically biscuit and gravy, and it was the best I've ever had! I also ordered the grilled chicken, macaroni, and cheese with lime beans. The dinner was so good, and I was able to eat 2 times off of the dinner! Great service, great atmosphere!

I dine at this restaurant twice a month as a special treat. The breakfast is delicious and always served quickly and hot. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow, as the waitstaff doesn't come around frequently enough. You have to practically wave a utensil in the air to get a refill on drinks. Despite this, I continue to go back because the food is just so tasty. View menu

Our church group came at 11:30 with 14 people and we were told they do not push tables together so they could not accommodate us. There was a group there with 15 and tables were pushed together. We had called ahead 2 days to let them know we were coming at lunch and the lady answering the phone was pretty rude and told us that was the busiest time of the day and they did not take reservations and they do not push tables together. Sad experience but we will not be back.

This restaurant serves the best food around, with no fancy decorations, just delicious meals. Every dish I've tried has been outstanding. The wait time to be seated is minimal and the food arrives quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient. The restaurant has a large dining area and a bar with tall ceilings and well-spaced tables. It has a long history and attracts customers from diverse backgrounds. Although parking can be challenging due to the restaurant's popularity, there are three parking lots available.
