"I highly recommend avoiding this place! It's simply not worth your time. Save yourself the hassle and just drive to Hampton or even Suffolk—you'll be home much quicker. I initially thought my 30-minute wait was just a fluke, but it turned out it wasn’t. I was almost out of gas by the time I left. I felt silly for staying as long as I did. I even ended up watching a show on Netflix while waiting in my car. That’s how frustrating it was... just shaking my head."

My family and I always enjoy dining at this restaurant; it’s our favorite spot. We've never had a bad experience. We really appreciate both the food and the service.

The lines are always to long and food and my food is always missing something. The most positive thing I can say if you call to complain they will give you a rebate/refund of $10 for a future purchase.

The food was outstanding, and the service was impressive. They even offered some coupons for other establishments, which was a lovely gesture, especially considering it was just a short trip to Virginia.

Store was not very clean. Food coming out took about 15-20 mins and I was the only one who was there. They put the fries in the bag and let them sit in the bag for about half the time till the chicken sandwich was finally made.

The Supremes were delicious, but the fries appeared to be pre-cooked and reheated before serving. My iced tea was served without any ice at all—not even a single cube. It didn't seem like the ice had melted during delivery since my driver was on time. A straw would have also been a nice addition. View menu

The kids working where so rude and ignorant to the supervisor, that we have vowed to never return to this establishment. The food wasn't as expected in flavor, they forgot to give us part of our meal then they ran out. We had to wait for the supervisorto really get on the kids to get more made so we could eat.
