"We made reservations for 5:15 on NYE and asked to let them know that we are running a little late. They were so gracious and had no problems. Our table of 4 had a drink and a steak or bison duck. Everything was DELICIOUS! Each steak was perfectly cooked to try and the sides were also great. Everyone enjoyed their drinks. Our blessing was friendly and made a great job. It is a wonderful place for date night. Such a great experience!"

"Today at 5:30pm I visited Taco Bell, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately left me extremely dissatisfied. The encounter I had with one of the employees was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the drive window their attitude was dismissive and rude. They rolled their eyes, sighed audibly, and made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. It was disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Furthermore, when I politely pointed out a mistake in my order, the employee's response was shockingly unapologetic. Instead of rectifying the error promptly, they huffed and puffed, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. My experience at Taco Bell fell far below these expectations, leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I hope this feedback serves as a reminder for Taco Bell to invest in proper training and customer service skills for their employees. It is crucial for the reputation of the establishment and the overall satisfaction of their patrons."

"I can't put into words how much I love this place. When all other fast food joints are closed, Taco Bell is there for me. Even when they make a mistake with my order, they always make it right by giving me a free freeze. This specific location has been my favorite for a while now and I felt compelled to write a review about it. My only complaints are that they offer their best menu items for online orders only and that they sometimes forget to cut my cheese quesadilla."

"I will never go or order food from this franchise restaurant. This is not one time, or one place, is several. Take more than normal to get the food deliver. I went my self, delivery drivers from Uber and Grubhub were standing waitting for orders for more than half an hour. I place my order on line and have to wait more than 30 minutes as Well. I ask a person who is the manager, first for the delate and second because the sauce and meat was dry and they were putting hot water instead of making a fresh one. He said, if you do not want your order, you can go!!Is that the new way to treat a customer?Service sucks. Food unhealthy. Please don't go to Taco Bell."

Almost every time I have gone through a drive through lately(this location impartial) items are missing or incorrect. As someone who did their time in the service industry I find it difficult these places can still operate with the high prices now demanded to employees unskilled labor. On top of that they ask to round up your total to not know how to read a screen."

"Dear Upper management. This location? is just horrible. I work at mercy, so I have a short lunch. Multiple times now, at least the last 4 times I have had MAJOR issues in this drive through. Multiple times I?ve gotten incorrect orders. I once ordered amango freeze, and didn?t get it.. I called it to their attention.. and the guy asked ?Do you still want that?? I?ve ABSOLUTELYwaited 25+ min just 2weeks ago while they drive through employee argued with some old guy and never did get the order right..followed up by my car, where half the order was missing.. Cut to today, when I ordered food from my mobile device, leave on my30min break just to get here and have them say ?Our ordering system is down, so if you still want it you will have to comeinside and pay in cash.? "This Taco Bell is HORRIBLE! I crashed from here and when I came in, I waited 10mins just to get help from the customer order. Sad to say, the manager saw me run, ignored me and flirted with what looked like a 17-year-old boy. So I went to the shelf after one of the employees sat the bag, it saw my customers, fetched some hot sauce, and went to the customer bag, and it was at this moment the manager (some white woman with a terrible setting), told me to put the bag back that it wasn't mine. I told her that it was, and that I was the door, then she tried to take my phone out of my hand. I sneaked my phone away from her handle and that's when she became more hostile and belligerent, and threatened to call the police on me. This lady racist and stereo profiled me typically as a thief, claiming there is a lot of "my people" coming in just opening pockets. TF!!!! And to supplement injuries, they didn't even put all my customers food in their pocket. When I tried to come back for the rest of her burrito, the man closed the door and stood where I took pictures of my car. Don't miss this place!!!! Unless you have the hostility"

"I believe this was a manager we spoke to, blonde hair, bit of a tummy, working Friday Dec 2, 2022 night shift. We visited and ordered a box and 3 burritos with added sour cream and chipotle (because they 're dry)The box was missing a beefy 5 layer (easily the main object) and the 3 burritos were plain. Obviously we could 've done without the added stuff, but my wife didn 't get her burritoSo we went back around, explained the situation, and were met with mildly calming customer service from the girl on the headset. It wasn 't until we got to the window that this blonde woman comes to the window, speaks to us in a dedicated managerial tone of voice like we 're 5 years old and she 's our teacher. You were here about 15 minutes ago? The burritos that were messed up were the cheesy bean and rice burritos right? My wife answers them with yes before they cut her off and say okay thats all we 're making. My wife then says I didn 't get the beefy 5 layer burrito And then this woman has the nerve to raise her voice and say they 're already in the bag, so that 's what you 're getting (Referring to the cheesy bean and rice burritos which are too spicy for my wife) So now she eats nothing but a taco and a small fry. Thanks jerks. If you don 't have the gas to go to a different taco bell, I highly suggest ordering from a different restaurant chain. This aint it.Edit: Checked the replacements and they were all wrong too. I couldn 't tell what recipes they were following honestly. It looked like they gave us 3 plain cheesy bean and rice burritos but one of them looked like a 5 layer LOL! However the 5 layer had rice and jalapeno sauce along with the beef. "Got the new shredded beef tacos and they literally had a glob of meat in the center. Couldn't even spread the meat on the bottom of the taco. Pure laziness...I just don't understand. Can u at least act like u care while u are working. Like I'm paying almost 4 bucks for this taco at taco bell. Taco freaking bell has a taco on the menu for 4 dollars. The Mexican restaurant down the street has real tacos for 4 dollars. "On Google, it says close at 3am . We were in the line at 2:02. The line was long, so we got to the speaker to order at 2:44, and they said we closed. They had just taken the car in front of ours order. We reminded them that we had been in the line for over 40min and that it was not 3am. He said rudely. I'm just doing what my boss told me to do. I didn't mention that it was like 10 cars behind us too, that was so rude and unfair to be treated like that. They deserve less than 1 star for this. I will never go back here again."

"I ordered a mango dessert, but instead, they served me an unappetizing green concoction that was supposed to be a "mango brasilie," which didn’t taste anything like mango and looked nothing like what I expected. Additionally, they wouldn’t allow me to order the $5 request box, which was frustrating. The crispy taco I received was cold and stale, making it tough to chew, and the five-layer dish felt more like a cheese wrap than anything substantial. On a positive note, the guy at the window was friendly."

"Manager was great to try and fix a situation trying to door dash and the lady at the window gets mad at me because she gave someone else the wrong order and said it wasn’t her problem and when I asked for a manager because I wasn’t leaving till I had the orders food she said they’ll tell you the same thing and I refused after a 40 min wait in line for the drive trough he was nice and helpful but I don’t care kids or not if you dont like your job pick a different one it doesn’t help anyone with a nasty attitude"
