"I ordered a mango dessert, but instead, they served me an unappetizing green concoction that was supposed to be a "mango brasilie," which didn’t taste anything like mango and looked nothing like what I expected. Additionally, they wouldn’t allow me to order the $5 request box, which was frustrating. The crispy taco I received was cold and stale, making it tough to chew, and the five-layer dish felt more like a cheese wrap than anything substantial. On a positive note, the guy at the window was friendly."

Menu prices above the register didn't reflect the prices on the kiosk I was made to order from... Stood at the counter for 10 min before I was told I had to order from the kiosk then another ten minutes to get my food. Not what I think when I think fast food.

Not good! This location only had 2 females working The Whole store!! I felt bad for them bc it was super busy with drive thru and lobby. So to say the least my order was ALL WRONG. Skimpy meat and fixins. Don't bother stopping here unless you enjoy inconvenience. View menu

was eating. now it is taco bell. what do they expect? had one with the reception. in short, if you need one entry, do not use the kiosk to order. put my number in, but did not receive an input by text as an inquiry. tb has my number. I wonder who they'll sell this.

nothing beats a run to the limit. the restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I think they were short staff, but my eating was just as prepared as it should be. what I can't say about many taco bell. nothing is worse than a tacos thrown together. kudos in the shop for maintaining quality.

Got said something else and there was a baby roach in it ??The employee told someone what had happened and the response I hear is I told you to clean up over there. ????I wasn 't even offered a refund of any sort... just asked if I wanted something else. This location was not taking orders at the counter so you had to order from the kiosk. The kiosk couldn't take cash payment so you had to pay at the counter. Wasn't busy when we got there, but got busy with 5 minutes of being there. Order was messed up, items were missing. I do not know if they were short staffed, however one of the employees clearly had a don't care attitude. This was the first time I had any issues at this location.

As I took a bite of the first taco, I was struck by a strong, unpleasant odor. All three tacos had the same smell, which also lingered on the bag. Liquid was dripping from the tacos as I pulled them out. After giving up on eating and returning to work, I realized that the contents had stained my pants. Without placing blame or further comment, I want to express that I won't be returning to this location. At least I hope they're trying to improve or have run out of whatever caused this issue.
