"Ordered pizza here multiple times because it's the only pizza place that delivers to our home, we like the Supreme hand tossed large pizza, but we usually order it half with cheese and half without, but almost every time we've ordered it's been wrong with the whole thing, it either has no cheese on the whole thing, or half has cheese and the other has nothing but sauce, or it's a plan cheese pizza, if it's to complicated just say no we can't make it that way instead of making it kinda feel like we're just getting the middle finger by making it blatantly obvious they made it in a way that was nowhere close to what we ordered"

"My cousin ordered a pizza during delivery hours. The transaction went through, and the app said that the team was working on our pizza. It has been 2 hours now. No sign of a pizza. We have tried to call over and over again. We have gotten no answers, no texts, no emails. I am beyond disappointed. This is not the first time this has happened to me either. It has been several times now. Apparently they closed early, but nothing online implied that they had closed. Our pizza was supposed to be delivered at 7:45 pm and it is currently 9:15 pm."

"I ordered a pizza for takeout and brought it back to my hotel, only to discover it had no sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Carolyn, who offered to remake the pizza and deliver it to me. After over an hour, there was still no pizza. I called back and spoke with another manager, Cassandra, who informed me that the first manager had my phone number and hotel information wrong, despite my correct details being attached to the original order. Cassandra kindly offered to remake the pizza and send it to the right place. Unfortunately, it has now been an hour and 45 minutes, and I've just received the second pizza—once again, with no sauce. This has been a frustrating experience and a waste of money."

"In previous visits, the servers would ask if we wanted appetizers, but this time, the server simply took our order and then vanished. She only checked in once during our meal, and that was before I had a chance to ask her anything. I had to go to the server station to get someone’s attention, and then the manager came over after the chef went to fetch her. I explained to the manager that our server had left so quickly that I didn't get a chance to order dessert. The manager seemed dismissive and suggested we take our dessert to go, mentioning she would be sure to pack it up. I thought it would have been better if they had asked us about our dessert preferences before bringing our food to the table. When I mentioned to the manager that our experience was not very good, she simply asked, “What can I do?” I was expecting a more genuine response, like an apology or a question about how to improve our experience. It seemed clear from her body language and tone that Pizza Hut does not value our patronage. I requested crates for our leftover food and the bill so we could leave as soon as possible."

"I was happy with the pizza and its affordability. It would have been a 5-star experience if the staff could notify customers when their order is ready for pickup. However, my two pizzas were ready within 20 minutes, as indicated on the online order page. I will definitely be returning for more tasty pizza at a reasonable price. "I have good and bad things to say about this Pizza Hut. We went in seated ourselves after she took our beverage order. I let her know that my bill was seperate from the other two individuals I was with. They ordered a Large Pepperoni Lover's Pizza I ordered a Meat Lover's Melt and a Brownie. I requested that the Brownie was to go. Well, they got there pizza and a few minutes later I got my melt..but it was the Pepperoni Lover's Melt. By the time I actually got what I ordered I simply requested it to go with the brownie. We left and I then looked at the Brownie it was not cut. Unfortunately, it was a very pleasant experience for the two that ordered Pepperoni Pizza. But I was extremely hungry when I went in and when I left. The melt was two hot to eat in the car. So I was going to try the Brownie but it was in one whole peice. No tip for them. I could understand this if they were really busy. But mistakes like this when they are steady said I just was not a valued customer. I will say that the Meat Lover's Melt met my every expection...Yummy Pizza Hut. But the service was not worth the money I spent to dine in only to take it home and of course cut it myself. Glad I was not staying in a hotel..."

"I ordered a Hawaiian lovers pizza, but I received one topped with pepperoni and pineapple instead. As a trucker who needs food for a few days, this really threw a wrench in my plans. I called to inform them about the mistake, but they didn't seem to care at all. On the bright side, my dog loves it, so if you're looking for dog food, this place works well. However, they really need to improve on getting orders right."

"I noticed when reading all of the reviews for the Presque Isle Maine PH, that a lot of folks were listed as “local guides”!! I had NO IDEA there were sooo MANY Maine guides in this area! I am originally from coastal Maine, and had not been up this way in decades. I now live in Calais, but have been craving Pizza Hut pizza, so i jumped on here to find the closest one, and it seems we do not have one in Calais; but there are a couple over the border in Canada, as well as one in Presque Isle Maine, as well as in Houlton Maine, or so it seems….So….. I am, needless to say, quite disappointed that none are close to me here in Calais, Maine. I used to frequent the Bangor PH (we loved the service staff at their Broadway Shopping Center location) as I am actually from that area. However, due to my health, and the need to regain my strength in order to get back to my own place/home, i am temporarily in Calais, with plans to move back to the Bangor (Bucksport) area SOON!! I HOPE! And let me clarify, that although i look forward to being back in a more familiar area (and the area where the majority of my family friends reside), i have found the Calais area to be just SOOOO friendly MOST pleasant. It has changed a lot in the 35-40 years since i had actually spent any time here, but definitely still a lovely little town, with SUCH nice, friendly welcoming people!! Hopefully i get a chance soon, to skip over to P.I. And check out THEIR Pizza Hut!! Meanwhile, keep those reviews coming, and all of you PH staff, keep up the great job ya’ll are doing!! You must be doing SOMETHING right, because i noticed how MANY Maine Guides posted positive reviews, and i have found Maine guides won’t return to an establishment with bad food, and/or poor service! "I ordered a medium Supreme pizza without sausage and a medium pepperoni pizza for takeout on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 2:02 PM, both with hand-tossed crust. The Supreme pizza cost $18.24 and the pepperoni one $14.74. My husband and I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but we had a bad experience at the Cozad location and didn't return. With Lexington now closed, we decided to try Holdrege since it has new owners. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the Supreme pizza. The toppings were sparse, and I could easily buy three DiGiorno pizzas for the same price and get more toppings on just one of them than I did on yours. We will not be making the drive back to your restaurant for pizza again; we are extremely disappointed."

"So yesterday, my big kid orders us a couple melts to try, we get the chicken, bacon ones with creamy parmesan sauce... Only, it comes with hardly any chicken, barely any bacon no creamy parmesan sauce. It had a ranch packet... My boy got an email asking for feedback.. He was honest. Got a phone call a minute ago from the Hut... He tried to explain, lady did NOT listen... Told him 'if you want the creamy parmesan sauce on the side, you have to ask for it that way... ' She didn 't listen when he tried to explain that there was NO sauce, NONE, not on it , not with it... Just the ranch dressing. Rather than argue. He said 'ok ' we will finish his points not do business with them again. It doesn 't pay to not listen or be condescending."

"The service at this restaurant was awful. We initially had trouble getting someone to take our order, and when we finally did, the server seemed annoyed by our presence. We ordered a large pizza for takeout, which cost $17.23. They told us it would take about 10 to 12 minutes, so we waited. After 25 minutes, we decided to check on our order and found out they had forgotten about us. By that time, the pizza was barely warm, with a crust that was mostly air. It was supposed to be half meat lovers and half supreme, but instead we received just 3 pieces of meat lovers and 5 pieces of supreme. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning."

"Overall, my experiences at the Libby Pizza Hut are positive. Delivery is always prompt and the drivers are friendly. The food is usually hot and as expected. However, I DO NOT recommend the new Chicago Tavern Style pizza. At least not the Pesto Margherita version. It arrived with the pieces all spread out in the box, looked and tasted like cardboard, and the green basil/pesto drizzle was soaked into the crust because there wasn 't enough cheese to stop it. 3/4 of a large pizza was thrown out because nobody would eat it."

"We arrived on Sunday around 4 PM and found the restaurant to be fairly empty. Since we're staying at the hotel next door, it was a convenient choice. The waitress promptly brought us menus, and we had a wonderful experience with both the food and service. We ordered pizzas, which were available in both thin and thick crust options. Although there was a wider variety of dishes on the menu, we were really pleased with our pizza."

"I visited the restaurant yesterday and had a strange experience. Despite the phones ringing constantly, none of the four employees working there answered them. Two of the male workers in the back appeared visibly dirty, and one of them even referred to someone as "mom" and made inappropriate gestures towards her. I'm not sure if he was an employee or just a worker's child, but he was wearing a Pizza Hut hat. He also made my 17-year-old daughter uncomfortable by staring at her. The food took a long time to come out, even though we were the only customers in the store and no one was answering the phones."

"My family—consisting of two kids, my husband, and my mother-in-law—has been traveling to visit family, and we realized it had been a while since we all sat down together for a meal out without any issues, such as noisy restaurants or the kids misbehaving. When we saw the sign for Pizza Hut, we decided to dine in. Upon arrival, we were greeted with genuine kindness by a gentleman named Travis. We were seated promptly, and he took our drink order and brought our beverages right away, without any delay. While a lady with reddish hair and clear glasses was busy assisting a customer at the register, our server answered the phone to ensure we weren't kept waiting. Soon after, the woman in clear glasses came to our table with fun activities, coloring books, and crayons for the children. She then took our order, and I appreciated that we didn’t have to wait, especially since we had experienced delays at other restaurants during our travels. We are extremely grateful for our experience with the staff, including Travis, the lovely lady with the clear glasses, and of course, the cook at Pizza Hut. If we lived closer, we would definitely dine at that restaurant more than three times a week. Thank you, Auburn, Nebraska Pizza Hut, for the wonderful experience!"
