"I attempted to place an online order for the St. Michael location, but the system wouldn't accept any payment method, whether by card or the pay-in-store option. It kept indicating that the order wasn't completed. Frustrated, I called to order over the phone, but the person who answered was laughing mockingly at everything I said. As a result, I decided not to place the order and hung up. The last time I ordered from there, the pizza had about 3-4 inches of crust all around, as they skimped on the sauce and toppings. I'm not sure why I even considered giving them another chance. I don't recommend this place. It's a shame because they used to be good."

"Currently, the dining experience at Din is counter-service. You choose your own seating, and when you’re ready, you go to the counter to place your order. They still deliver drinks and food to your table, but since you pay upfront, you have to tip in advance. Disposable plates and cutlery are provided, and drinks come in to-go cups, which leaves you unsure about refills since no one in our group needed one before we left. On a Sunday afternoon, the place wasn’t crowded. While there aren’t many dining options in the Taneytown area, Pizza Hut continues to deliver the same great pizza and menu."

"The pizza was burnt, I couldn't get a drink refill, and I never received the dipping sauce I requested. It seems like the restaurant is seriously understaffed, experiencing technical difficulties, and there was shouting between the workers in the kitchen. I hope they can find the support they need."

"My family and I moved to Russell Springs a few years ago, and this was our first time visiting the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place was, as it’s uncommon to find such neatness in restaurants these days. We chose a box deal that came with two pizzas, cheese sticks, and wings. The staff was outstanding! The food was tasty, and the service was quick. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We will certainly be coming back to eat here again. I truly appreciate the hard work of the employees."

"When waiting for your table, take a seat in the bar and order some local beer. When seated order the Traverse City Cherry Salad with their phenomenal rRaspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. "Since the change in management, the food service has noticeably slowed down. I ordered wings with a side of fries, and it took 40 minutes for my food to arrive. Additionally, I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, despite only one other person being in the restaurant, and it didn't seem like they were placing a large order. I also noticed that the new manager frequently steps outside for cigarette breaks."

"This Pizza Hut delivers Pizza and other food items to my Mother who is a resident of a local nursing home. Today I could not get to the nursing home because of trouble with my SUV. So, I ordered Pizza from Pizza Hut and they delivered the Pizza, even though we were experiencing a snowstorm with heavy snow and wind. I called the nurse and was told that my Mother had enjoyed two pieces of pizza. Knowing my Mother had a treat of good pizza today makes me feel very good."

"Our family typically goes up to Elgin a few times a year. This time we decided to dine at the PH in Albion and, one word, regret.The floors were disgustingly dirty, like visibly covered in crumbs and large pieces of food from past guests. Tables were left dirty, too. There was an employee who was just sitting around talking to customers instead of helping her coworkers. We ordered cheesesticks and cheese garlic toast. After 30 mins we still had not received even the appetizers. All we kept hearing is sorry for the wait but there shouldn 't be that long of a wait for these items. My husband and I have both managed at Pizza Hut in another city and know the appetizers are the easiest to get in. After about 40mins we asked about our food and the employee sitting down was like well what did you order? Literally acted like nobody knew we were waiting for food! Same woman brings over the garlic toast, no cheese. She visibly scoffed and brought the bread back to make it right. Cheese sticks came, finally the bread came right although it was a bit underdone but whatever. I took a few bites and my husband pointed to a piece that looked MOLDY. I spit it out immediately and didn 't touch it again. We ordered a medium pizza that I will say tasted amazing. Overall a terrible experience. Appetizers should be out within 15 minutes of being ordered. They were not busy. There was one other table than us. I would recommend the pizza only, don 't waste your time going inside, either."

"Absolutely horrible customer service! Ordered 16 pc garlic parmesan boneless wings. When order was placed said that carryout would be a 15 minute wait. After placing the order, the time was dragged further and further out. After over an hour of waiting I call the store during open hours and their voicemail says that they have already closed. So, I drive up to the store to see what is really going on. As I am sitting there waiting at the drive through window there's 3 employees just standing at the front counter having social hour. Then, once I do make it to the window the employee immediately gets the wings that have been done for some time by time I get there. Yet, there was ZERO communication about updating my order that was set up for txt messaging alerts for updates on the order and when to head to the store to pick up my order. All their online system could do was drag my order out further and further for pickup times. If anyone wants their food on time and in a timely manner, DON'T GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!"

"I ordered a pizza and a soda, but my order never arrived due to a mix-up with my phone number. While my email was correct, I called the restaurant and was told that the issue would be fixed. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received my order, so I called back and was put on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they offered to remake my order and have it redelivered. About 10 minutes after that, they called back asking if I could come pick it up, but I informed them that I couldn’t. Eventually, the order was delivered 30 to 40 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold, and the 2-liter soda I paid for was missing. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would like a refund. Waiting three hours for a pizza is unacceptable."

"When its good, its great. When it 's bad, it 's horrible. I 've had satisfying experiences depending on whose working but..My last experience, I waited over 15 minutes in drive through no one ever came to the window, I never saw anyone up front the lights seemed to be off. I finally called, to no avail. I waited another 5 minutes and then decided to knock on the window nobody came STILL after waiting ANOTHER 5 minutes since the initial knock but I heard women in the back giggling. So, finally after a long line of cars end up behind me, I non stop knock on the window with intent and they immediately come and apologize and almost IMMEDIATELY give me the food that obviously had BEEN ready hence it was NOT fresh"
