"I ordered the boss sandwich which is a meatball sub with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on it(i added jalapenos). girlfriend picked up the order and brought it home. When i opened it there was no cheese or pepperoni on it just meatballs and jalapenos. checked receipt first and made sure i ordered it correctly and it specifically said meatball with pep and mozz add jalapenos. called and they said i needed to come back up there. When i arrived they were asking me if i ate all of the sandwich or part of it saying they needed it back to replace it with what i ordered. i luckily had it with me and had only take one or 2 bites out of it before i realized something was missing. They took the sandwich and actually opened it up and inspected it which i have never seen a fast food place do before. usually they don 't even ask for it back and if they do take it back they just throw it away not inspect it like you lied to them... while they were making the sandwich i asked if they could give me a drink for my trouble of having to drive 15 minutes each way to get this fixed. one girl said she could probably do that and after talking to another girl they decided they could only offer me either a cup of water or a discount on some chips or cookies which i declined. was a poor experience and will not be going back ive seen several other reviews that look like this place has new owners and they dont seem to care about the customer or the customer service. they will learn soon in a small town thats not how to operate if you plan on staying open very long."

"I always order the same sandwich every time I visit Subway. However, tonight I decided to try the Bay Springs store and it was a complete disappointment. They forgot to include bread and bell peppers in my Philly cheesesteak! After taking one bite, I had to spit it out and ended up throwing the whole foot-long sandwich in the trash. This location does not meet Subway's standards and guidelines, and I believe Subway should reconsider allowing them to carry their brand. The service was for takeout and the meal was for dinner, with a price range of $1-10 per person."
