The food was good but the help didn't seem to want to be there very snippy and rude because I didn't want the veggies that came on the sandwich started making without asking what I wanted on

Didn’t follow the special instructions. Called and was talk to like it was my fault that they didn’t read the special instructions. Was also told there was no special instructions. Very rude service

The woman who prepared our subs was fantastic. She shared a lot of helpful tips and tricks, and she had a wonderful sense of humor. As for vegetarian options, there are plenty to choose from—just avoid the meat selections. View menu

Sandwich was terrible! and I had a card(from school fundraiser) which gives a free cookie w/purchase and they would not honor it because they have new owners so they were arguing about it. I would give less than 1 star if that were an option. Do better Subway!

The restaurant needs to improve its hygiene practices, particularly regarding the use of disposable gloves while preparing sandwiches. We noticed staff members pausing in the middle of making our sandwich to handle cash for other customers, and then returning to our sandwich with the same gloves. We've also seen some employees use a mop on the floor and then try to make a sandwich without changing their gloves. It's really concerning!

This Subway is a rip off they are over priced and the food is not fresh. They do not honor coupons that come out every week to our mail boxes. The service is rude should you ask anything about anything. You are better off going to Mcdonalds yes they have a line but Subway they don't have a line but you wait just as long for them to make your food and then when you get up there it is over prices and not the price you see on the ordering board either. If you question it they become rude and want you to pay their made up over priced, price. Be warned. View menu

The last two times we have been at this restaurant, the service has been terrible. The last time, we did the drive through and when the girl read back the order and it was wrong, she was very rude and acted like it was our fault. We didn’t even know that the item she told us was on the menu. This time my husband went by to get me a sandwich. I had texted him that I wanted a BMT and he read it to her straight from the text. She even repeated back what it was and I still got the wrong sandwich. Instead of salami, pepperoni and ham, I got roast beef, ham and turkey. My husband said she told him she was the only one there and appeared to be mad about it.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant today due to the demeanor of the staff member on duty. She was quite rude and made me feel unwelcome. I have a dietary restriction, and when I was trying to explain my needs, she said, "I do not care, what do you want?" This lack of listening and understanding can be dangerous when it comes to dietary issues. It's important to treat customers with respect, especially when their health is at stake. After working in the business for over 20 years, I believe that, while customers aren't always right, we certainly are when it comes to food that could pose a serious risk to our well-being. I ordered the boss sandwich which is a meatball sub with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on it(i added jalapenos). girlfriend picked up the order and brought it home. When i opened it there was no cheese or pepperoni on it just meatballs and jalapenos. checked receipt first and made sure i ordered it correctly and it specifically said meatball with pep and mozz add jalapenos. called and they said i needed to come back up there. When i arrived they were asking me if i ate all of the sandwich or part of it saying they needed it back to replace it with what i ordered. i luckily had it with me and had only take one or 2 bites out of it before i realized something was missing.
