"My mom and son visited the restaurant on July 21, 2023, to order a kids' sub and a 6-inch sub for my grandfather. Unfortunately, the woman working there was unfriendly and rude right from the start, while a gentleman on staff had a much better attitude. When my mom inquired about the deluxe meat option, the woman insisted that it didn’t exist, even though we’ve used it many times before. She just added extra meat haphazardly and tossed the toppings on as if she was annoyed. My 9-year-old even asked my mom why the worker was being so rude. To top it off, she charged us for double meat and insisted that was the price! The gentleman was nice, and the location is convenient for me, but after this experience, I was already considering not returning. Now, I’m certain that my mom, my wife, my coworkers, and I will not be coming back."
