"This was the worst experience I 've had a restaurant in quite a while. I walked in and first inquired if they took coupons and the girl taking my order was already acting like she didn 't want to be there and that my question was a burden to answer. The coupon excluded 2 subs....the beast and the garlic roast beef...then proceeds to tell me that the coupon actually excludes any numbered sub on the menu, and says you can only do a make your own sub if you want to use the coupon. If you say you accept coupons, then go by the wording of the coupon, instead of inventing a new rule to avoid making a sub that takes 10 seconds longer. The managers case was that the coupon said participating stores. ???? So its the managers choice to say in which way they want to participate?? Ridiculous. They were very rude about it even though I kept my cool. I realize Cashiers has a wealthy residential population, but there 's also a big working class that helps these folks, so it would be a good idea to follow what 's explicitly stated on the coupon from corporate so that not everybody has to crowd Ingles market when they want a sub...an even better sub, actually. Thank you for the reminder to never go back to subway, at least in Cashiers. Waynesville Subway was great. I used a coupon and ordered the beast and another sub but they were cool about it and took it anyways because they didn 't realize it at first. Why is there a double standard everywhere I turn nowadays? No wonder I 'm not the only one leaving a bad review on this subject."
