"I’m so grateful to have discovered this charming little Thai restaurant, Thai Chef's, in Santa Clarita. After moving from the Westside, my biggest frustration was the lack of good dining options. It seemed like most places were chain restaurants, or if they were family-owned, they struggled to thrive. While I understand the challenges many restaurants faced during the pandemic and the current economic climate, it’s made finding truly great eateries quite difficult. There are a few gems out there, but they’re few and far between—I can count them on one hand.
Thai Chef's has been one of my best discoveries! This lovely boutique restaurant features inviting decor and an authentic Thai ambiance. It’s located in a small strip mall at the corner of Copper Hill and Seco Canyon and is family-run by a Thai woman and her relatives, which I believe is why the food is so delicious, flavorful, and genuinely authentic. I'm thrilled to have found it! I can’t help but share this place with everyone I know, and my family doesn’t mind driving all the way from Orange County just to join me at Thai Chef's.
Every item on the menu is fantastic, from their salads (the chicken Larb and Papaya Salad are outstanding) to appetizers like chicken satay, and their main dishes are equally impressive. I never miss the chance to order the sweet sticky rice with mango for dessert! I can't praise this place enough! The service is exceptional, and the staff, including the owner, are incredibly friendly. Prices are reasonable, and parking is easy and always available—for free!
I’m going back to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday there this evening! I’m thrilled that I no longer need to drive to West LA or Hollywood for a quality Thai food fix. I can’t wait for you to try this place!"
