"This place has been the only Chinese food place we order from since a few months after they opened. I ordered two meals yesterday, upgrading the rice from white to fried. Upon delivery I had no rice for either meal. I ended up getting a refund for the substitution fee, but we all know that part of the white rice costs was in the price of the meal, which I was never refunded. In the end, the few dollars doesn’t make or break me, but it is concerning that your restaurant actually comes out ahead which this arrangement, when already receiving the additional service fees. Ultimately the error was on the part of Fortune House, and I’m not even convinced the delivery service notified them of the error, hence the review.
