If you're that particular, perhaps it's best to dine at home instead. You mentioned being unhappy about tipping; however, tipping is optional. And as someone who looks old enough to know, you should understand that at a buffet, table service is not provided. It's interesting how you were misled. When you pay, tipping is a personal choice.
For anyone considering a stop at this wonderful family-owned establishment, I highly recommend you do so. We enjoyed a delicious lunch for just $13.99, which included access to over 20 types of pie! I can confidently say that I will never pass by this place without stopping again. To the young people running this business, you're doing an amazing job. We were truly impressed.
