"Literally full hour wait, staff should’ve presented extensive wait time. Nothing like Clinton Chestnut location (fast and efficient). Could’ve dined in and had complimentary chips and water, at no point by staffing any humility, humble act or compensation. Hardly anyone there to have to wait. Probably one chef back there but man ridiculous experience. Will just have to drive halfway cross town to get or eat food faster. Have been to Lety’s Clinton and Chestnut numerous times. Just wanted to give the smaller location a shot, terrible mistake never again. Lesson learned.2nd review after opening foodAsk for molcajetes no napales, ensure that this is the all meats version, so means not seafood molcajete version. The all meat chorizo, asada, chicken, make sure the queso is in there.Not the molcajete I ordered. Before you pack the bag, you should present what we are leaving with.Will expect a refund, would like for a management response as well. Time wasted and terrible experience."
