"Literally full hour wait, staff should’ve presented extensive wait time. Nothing like Clinton Chestnut location (fast and efficient). Could’ve dined in and had complimentary chips and water, at no point by staffing any humility, humble act or compensation. Hardly anyone there to have to wait. Probably one chef back there but man ridiculous experience. Will just have to drive halfway cross town to get or eat food faster. Have been to Lety’s Clinton and Chestnut numerous times. Just wanted to give the smaller location a shot, terrible mistake never again. Lesson learned.2nd review after opening foodAsk for molcajetes no napales, ensure that this is the all meats version, so means not seafood molcajete version. The all meat chorizo, asada, chicken, make sure the queso is in there.Not the molcajete I ordered. Before you pack the bag, you should present what we are leaving with.Will expect a refund, would like for a management response as well. Time wasted and terrible experience."

The food was delicious. I appreciate having menudo mid week on a rainy day. I also enjoyed the service. She made sure I was taken care of. It was a quiet morning and the space was clean and organized.

Went in with a friend my first time trying letys and I’m super picky about my food but the gentleman took my order down and succeeded with my over the top complicated order I am very pleased with the food and customer service skills so who ever was working on 11/1/2022 around 10am you’re the best and ill be back soon keep up the good work View menu

I ordered their three piece combination plate with a tamale, an enchilada and a Chile relleno to get an overall impression of this Mexican restaurant. I was disappointed with the pork tamale which had no taste and the pork not moist. The enchilada which had a carnitas filling likewise, the carnitas were overcooked and dry. The Spanish rice was good and the beans had no spices or personality. Will not return to this restaurant again.

Makes me sad to write this because I love how convenient this place is and how good it use to be. The past 3 orders I have made from here have been disappointing. Today I ordered my whole family a individual meal and everything taste like salt the beans the meat. The guacamole on my daughters nachos was so dark not fresh at all. I'm really sad because I love their workers and they are really friendly. However it's not the cheapest food so being this is our third disappointment I had to write a review
