"We used to frequent this restaurant every Friday night, but unfortunately, for three weeks in a row (back in Jan/Feb 2017), I received cold meals. Despite always paying full price, we hoped the next visit would be better. After three weeks of disappointment, we finally spoke with a night manager who offered us a free meal and a gift card to return. Although our entire meal was comped, I left a $25 tip for the waiter. We decided to give the restaurant another chance on Saturday (3/11/17). After a short wait, we enjoyed drinks at the bar and were seated at our favorite table upstairs. Our meal was served perfectly, and we were pleased. However, the owner, Estela, approached me and berated me for complaining about the cold meals. Despite explaining that it was water under the bridge, she continued to raise her voice and accused us of seeking free meals. She continued to verbally attack us, causing a scene in the dining room. Her employees apologized profusely for her behavior, indicating that this was not an isolated incident. We will not be returning to this restaurant until she is no longer the owner."
