"2 different bad experiences on 2 different day. One at the drive through one inside. At the drive through I order 2 kids meal and 2 adult meal after passing the food I notice that the kids meal don’t have the fries in the bag so I ask them they just took the bag throw the fries in there no apology or nothing like I eat ate the friend within the 2 second they gave it to me. On a different day went inside with my son his 2 the girl who took my order wasn’t happy I should of know then my experience would be bad, but I proceed to order when an other girl bring the food at the table since i notice that the spicy delux I order is not a spicy deluxe because no tomato or cheese was in it when i ask the other girl just bring me an other sandwich again no apology and just put it on it table and walk away I said thank you but you also forgot my son apple juice the look on her face was the one that make me so uncomfortable the entire time I was eating I thought about how bad the service was and once o get home after a few hours I knew something was wrong because I keep going back and forth to the bathrooms. I will never go back there again and I hope someone read this review and safe themself from eating there too. As a black women I was really disgusted with their behavior, something tell me I was treated that y because I am black which is not new to me as a black women leaving in America."

"This has had to be one of my worst experiences for Chick-fil-A located h in Victorville, CA! First of all it was Friday night on October 1, 2021 at 8:23 pm and I walk into the restaurant-fast food, to place my order which the line is at the door, and only one person is assisting people in placing their orders! Then when I get to the order taker- I am advised that I can only pay with a card when I want to pay cash, so I have to then wait for Benjamin to take my order, which he had a very bad attitude which did not help the matter after being told I would have to use a card or again wait! NOT good customer service, whatsoever! Then I have to re-explain my order of the Grilled Chicken wrap with 2 of the Avocado lime sauce in addition to an 8 count of nuggets, which were the bottom of the barrel, and didn't even appear to be 8 nuggets in the box (see Pics)! So I did not want a drink, because they had nothing I wanted for a drink, plus I don't eat french fries either! So I get back to my hotel room, and start to eat the wrap that is only about 5 inches long! Then the tortilla or whatever is used to wrap the ingredients, is dry and stale tasting, however I was so hungry I wasn't about to take it back an complain and wait an ungodly amount of time, again! Then I open the 8 count of nuggets, what a joke that was! This is what I find (see pic) and I paid $4.55 for THAT!!! Then the Grilled Chicken wrap was $7.45! I was so insulted by this very sad meal! Will not go to this Chick-fil-A ever again especially in comparison to the one down in Norco that had way better customer service and food! No rude arrogant employees behaving like I am infringing upon THEIR TIME! Uh remember this, without customers YOU don't have a job!!! Remember this, BAD reviews hurt way more than good ones!"

"This location used to be amazing, but unfortunately, it has declined recently. Each time we visit, there seems to be an issue with our order. On one occasion, while dining in, I received a gluten-free bun that had actual mold on it. The young man who helped me was very apologetic and promptly got me a new bun, but had this been a drive-thru order, there would have been no way to resolve the issue after I had paid for it. During another visit, we all needed our drinks refilled, but there was only one young woman attending to mobile orders and customers picking up their food. None of the other employees seemed willing to acknowledge the three adults at the counter with their drink lids off, simply waiting for a refill. I actually had to interrupt one of the female workers and ask her to help us get more drinks. When she finally took our cups, she mistakenly handed me someone else's drink. We asked her if she had accidentally switched them and if she was sure she gave the right person the correct cup back. She just took the wrong drinks from our hands, gave the right one back to the appropriate person, and said, "I didn’t mix them up," before walking away. It’s safe to say that no one ended up drinking their "refreshed" beverages. She didn’t even offer to make fresh drinks—just walked off. The entire place seemed to be run by young staff members aged 17 to 20, and I didn’t see anyone older who appeared to take any interest in managing the restaurant. It’s really disappointing."
