Chick-fil-a - Menu

The ride thru line was crazy long, but it didn't take time to get my food. I was impressed. The staff I met were all very pleasant....and to beat everything, my food was fresh and delicious.

Food and scenery were graet, but there was a little lack of direction when we got to the ordering box. Nobody acknowledged us for a few minutes and the outside greeter walked away. Could have just been bad timing.

Very slow line. Told I would have to wait 35 minutes for a waffle fry add to my breakfast. No cream or sugar for my coffee and wrong condiments. Oh, and no My pleasure after thanking them?! Do better Mayfair Chick-fil-A. View menu

The food is on par with usual chick-fil-a but the service is atrocious. I once waited over an hour in the drive thru line only to get my order wrong and have to walk inside. Definitely the worst chick-fil-a in Wilmington.

Consistent mistakes when I go to this drive through. First I was given a wrong order, next time I wasn’t given sauce that I requested, and now they gave me two tenders in a 3 piece meal….I’m going to another location next time, needless to say.

1. Breakfast per girl's felt. It was good. Long ride thru track moves super fast. Very friendly window customer service. A smile and a morning greeting against a grumpy and stoned face on a person in the window is very appreciated by me and therefore I will be regular. Breakfast bowl was excellent. horrible customer service, i literally work at a fast food restaurant that is low standards and we communicate better than them. we were told part of our order would take 7 minutes to make and the person at the window told us to pull up to a space and wait for our food. others next to us and in the line got there food before us. they told us they forgot about our order, and that they threw everything away for closing. We waited 30 minutes for food we never got. never had a problem before this however it’s inconvenient when it’s late and no other restaurant is open. very disappointing

What can I say? It's a Chick-fil-A. Typical Southern deep fried mostly unhealthy food options. They do have salads, however there healthy options are extremely limited! If you've been to one chick-fil-a, you've pretty much been to them all. The staff at this location was friendly. I was traveling with family and we had to grab a quick bite in the area. They're waffle fries are good and vegetarian, although clearly not very healthy. As I was in a hurry and had to grab a bite to go, salads weren't an option for me at the moment. Not a bad place to grab a quick bite. But Chick-fil-A would not be one of my go-to places. None of their locations.

While ordering food was a delight, Dylan did an amazing job and took great care of me. On the other hand receiving my delicious delights was a different story. The women who was delivering food scanned through the crowd without seeing my hand up, completely understandable. There was a fair amount of people and multiple orders. The problem occurred when the manager on duty grabbed the tray containing my food, walked about 6 feet without saying anything and returned back to base frustrated at Dylan because he couldn’t find me, but frankly he didn’t even try.
