"I visited Chic Fil A on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, around 8:30-9:05 pm. We ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches with large strawberry lemonades, but unfortunately, we did not receive the correct drinks. The employee who took our order, a chubby heavy-set kid with glasses and overly tight shoelaces, also got our vehicle description wrong. He seemed a bit off and rude while serving two gentlemen of color in a red Civic with track wheels tires. It would have improved my experience if he had repeated the order back to us and wished us a good night instead of rushing off to the next customer. As essential workers, we don't have many nights off, so it was disappointing. Hopefully, with better training or a different position, this employee and the establishment could improve. However, be cautious of potential mistakes in your order when dealing with him. Beta."
