Second time this week they forgot food in my order. Only seems to happen at this location! They forgot 2 4-count chicken strips. No way of getting that money back or the food I paid for unless I put all 3 kids back into the car and drive back there.Definitely check your orders after leaving the drive-through!

I was extremely impressed with management as he was watching everything from inside to outside. He pitched in where it was needed from behind the counter to cleaning spills on the floor and watching the lines of cars outside for pick up at the windows. Maria!!! She was so sweet and patient. It was a long day and she helped me and my girlfriend decide what we’d like and we laughed and it was such a pleasant experience. The past few experiences have been a little rough with half empty fries but the food all looks great tonight. So grateful for an above average experience all due to Maria. So nice to have a happy person assisting not enough of that these days. Thank you!

the last night was all cold when I got it from the car thru. how is eating cold when the drive thru is super busy? we waited for at least 15 minutes before we get our food. the food tasted super old and dry. I felt super sick and to complete it all off I took the sandwich supplement Chick-fil-A sauce and surprise no speck on the Deluxe sandwich instead we found this mistake! needles to say I will never be back to this place.

this tussi is always terrible. lack of customer support, quality and delivery of their actual food. the management on 9/29. oktober had no memory with the drive that the orders were not fulfilled and a terrible customer service was offered. they press them through the line and give posture if they want to check their order to ensure that it is correct, then the manager gives more job when they call to deal with the problem. they can't even fill their fries. Update 9/10/22. I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I did not receive the rewards promised for ordering 2 meal combos from Hannah. However, I want to give a big shout out to Hannah for her exceptional customer service when I contacted her about missing items from my drive-thru order. This was the first time I've had an issue at this store, as they have always been spot on in the past. Hannah was apologetic and quickly resolved the issue by adding the missing items with rewards to my account. Overall, great customer service!

I am writing this review right after a frustrating incident at Chick-fil-A. I arrived at 8:20 and ordered a market salad with extra grilled chicken, a request I have made before at this and other locations. The person taking my order seemed confused and had to ask for help on how to add the extra chicken. The total came to $17 and some change. After waiting in line with 4 cars ahead of me, I finally reached the window. However, I was left waiting for 25 minutes as they were giving orders to cars behind me. the drive thru during the pandemic was epic on a great and ingenious way! You could be close to the headlight, and they would still make it fast with a rising setting, attentiveness to speed and accuracy of order, and with a thank you and my pleasure finished. fast ahead to today. you can count on at least 30 minutes to get through the trip thru. if they are lucky. the speed was replaced by slow moving and laborious workers who show little to no joy. Of course there are exceptions, but. the majority simply goes through the movements. 99.9% of the time we use the mobile app and then pick up in the drive thru. orders are inaccurate, objects are missed, you wait for a ridiculous time, and the c...
