"The food at this restaurant is delicious and always prepared quickly. However, my only issue is that they are inconsistent with the amount of sweet and sour sauce they provide. My usual order includes 3 egg rolls, 8 crab Rangoon, a large shrimp fried rice, and shrimp Chow mien. In the past, I have received only 2 packages of sweet and sour sauce with my order, so now I always ask for extra. Unfortunately, I have had to repeatedly request more sauce and even had to argue to get a sufficient amount. Today, after asking for 4 more packages, I was told there were some already in the bag. When I got home, I found only 5 packets, which is not enough for my order. I believe that customers should not have to constantly ask for more sauce, as it should be provided appropriately with each order."
