"I just wanted to share my experience that I had last night here. The waitress was super attentive and made sure my friend and I had everything needed. She noticed that food was taking a bit so she went to check on the slip and they ended up losing it. They had to put the order back in and they rushed it. She had apologized over and over and even offered us free salad or desert on the house. We took the desert and she also gave us one to go! When we went to check out, the store manager had informed us that it was going to be a couple minutes before we could cash out because the machine was down and we said it was completely fine. The waitress that was standing there had told him about our whole experience we had from waiting for our food to accidentally spilling my coffee everywhere! She said that we were super respectful and made what could have been a crappy situation for them into a good one. The store manager then asked to see our check and told us he would pay the bill for us. I was honestly shocked beyond belief and when I got in the car I started crying at how unbelievably thankful I was for this guy. It just shows that patients and manners in a restaurant setting goes a long way! Thanks for such a wonderful experience!"

"As a single father of two, I really appreciate that kids eat free every night from 4 to 10 PM. My son and I went to Denny's on Wednesday, March 23, 2017, around 4:35 PM. The restaurant was clean, and we were seated quickly. Our server, Jake, promptly took our drink orders and made us feel at home. He was well-groomed and professional. Our food arrived quickly, and it was hot and delicious. Overall, our experience at Denny's was fantastic!"

"My family regulars this Denny's a couple of times a month. The daytime wait staff is amazing. They remember our preferences and treat us like family every time we come in. The food is as expected from a Denny's. Nothing to rave about but our orders come out right every time. I would have given 5 stars, however, during our most recent visit, we came in the evening for dinner. The place was understaffed, the waitress was rude and extremely poor. We were there 30 minutes before a drink order was taken, and the waitress only stopped at our table twice in a 90 minute period. The busboy ended up getting us our ticket and refills most the night, but only after we flagged him over. The waitress blatantly ignored us multiple times. My recommendation... Go in the morning or lunch hour. The staff will treat you and go above and beyond a typical Denny's. Don't waste your money on that night staff though. Hopefully they will replace that staff and get the 5 star rating the rest of the employees deserve."

"Everybody praises Mike the waiter and all the staff today! You were the stars today! Mike was the only one on the ground and did everything. It was busy and they were short staff in the kitchen. Mike apologised and let me and the guests know that it could wait a bit. What I could say, however, was the waiting time for service and my food when something shorter than I expected from most Dennys and other restaurants lately. And the food was great, my steak was perfect. Much better than I expected from a Denny's with a long shot! Mike on the go, constantly busy, never brutal, out and sincerely friendly and attentive, never come as impatient, I realized that I have not seen or experienced this level of professionalism and service in every restaurant in a very long time. I even discovered him through the kitchen door that helps with the dishes. Give Mike and the rest of today's crew an increase or you'll lose them."

"First, it was only one blond waiter (he was nice) but first thing he said to us was “I will attend you all after this table because they arrived first”. Then, we waited almost an hour for our food. I ordered French Toast and they were Black like this “” and the eggs that i had looked like bird p00p, the pork sausages were burn on a side, but mweh i was hungry so i ate them because i was not gonna wait another hour to get my order right. My grandma ordered spoons and the waiter came to us with spoons and said “They are still wet because they just came out of the dishwasher”i mean, they were clean (i hope) lol. "The food was quite bland. I usually love the Southwestern Benny Breakfast, but this time it tasted bitter and just wasn’t right. The potatoes were decent, but the biscuit and gravy lacked flavor entirely. On the bright side, the Minute Maid strawberry banana smoothies were fantastic. Unfortunately, my first dasher seemed to lose interest and disappeared, leading to a new one taking over my order. The estimated delivery times kept changing as well. I used to really enjoy Denny's, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering again. I work in food service and dislike giving negative reviews, but I have to be honest—this was just not good. I even tried to force myself to eat it, as shown in the photos."

"I ordered vegetable beef soup and coffee. The soup was delicious, and the coffee was good too. I did have to wait a little while for a refill on my coffee, but the service was friendly. "Normally I don’t post online reviews, but this location deserves some words. Not only did it take over TWO HOURS to receive my food, but when I called, the individual that had answered the phone picked up with a very rough attitude exclaiming “what”. I am a service industry worker, and I understand the issues that could be happening, but I feel like communication with your customers could most definitely benefit you. I have never been so disappointed by a restaurant before, and frankly, I will not be going to this location ever again. I highly advise any individuals looking for breakfast food, or good service, to steer away from this location. Like I said, I usually don’t write these reviews, but this location deserved a very negative review."

"We visited at 9 pm on a Friday night, 4/28/23. I have been to Denny's in 46 states. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Juan D. He was our hostess, waiter, drink maker, cashier, busser and meticulous cleaner for the entire restaurant. Yes he is an exceptional young man. All the while genuinely a bright light and a sweet energy force. I hope a the Food network puts you on one of there culinary shows and you become famous. You deserve every bit of wild success. "This Denny's was cleaner than many others I’ve visited. It was a busy day, just two days after Christmas, but the wait for a table wasn’t long at all. When we were seated, the table was still wet, but they provided us with napkins to dry it off ourselves, which I thought would have been better handled by the staff. After sitting there for a bit, I felt a bit like a celebrity because people kept staring—it was amusing! The food was hot and well-prepared, but the service was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been improved. At one point, our server stopped in the middle of the aisle to chat with what seemed to be a friend for about 15 minutes, while other customers were attempting to get her attention. She was friendly, though."

"This Denny's is only a short 5-minute drive from Great Wolf Lodge, and I must say, the food and service are much better than what you'll find at the lodge. We went for dinner and decided to order breakfast items, which were absolutely delicious. The pancakes were spot on, and the eggs, bacon, and sausage were all cooked perfectly. The kids' mac and cheese might be Kraft, but it's exactly what you'd expect—no surprises, and the kids love it. Each kids' meal comes with a side; my child got a generous bowl of grapes. The service was fast, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant is clean and cozy, yet surprisingly not crowded at all for a Sunday evening. I really wish we had chosen to eat here for all our meals during our stay at Great Wolf Lodge."

"I'm not usually a fan of chain restaurants and try to avoid them whenever possible. However, when friends suggested this place for our group outing, I was pleasantly surprised! The new management is evident, as they prioritize excellent service from the moment we arrived until all ten of us finished our meal. The food was well-prepared, and the staff was attentive, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were very reasonable, especially with an AARP card. Overall, it was a great experience!"
