"During my first visit, I ordered nuggets and fries but only received the nuggets. I drove home and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. On my second visit, I waited 30 minutes in line only to get home and discover that I had the wrong order. When I called to get a replacement, they told me I had to return to the restaurant, and they couldn't issue a refund. So, I drove back and then waited another 20 minutes for the correct order.
Fast food is supposed to be quick, so I didn't think this was too much to ask. It seems that taking their time actually leads to more mistakes. There were maybe three cars ahead of me in line, so there was really no excuse for such a long wait. I was willing to overlook the initial mistake, but at this point, I would have to be desperate to give it a third chance. Overall, this is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to."
