"On the other hand, the Pepperoni slice was quite lacking in flavor, and I could barely taste the cheese. In contrast, the Chicken Alfredo pizza was fantastic! It's rare to find a place that nails a good Alfredo pizza, but they definitely succeeded here. You can really taste the chicken, broccoli, cheese, and the Alfredo sauce all coming together beautifully. This dish significantly boosted my overall impression of the restaurant. The staff who took my order were patient and very accommodating, providing excellent customer service. Overall, I highly recommend Master Pizza West Orange, especially their Chicken Alfredo pizza, to anyone in the West Orange or Orange area!"

"Service was excellent. Everyone working there are very polite and courteous Food was very good. It was done just the way I liked it. Seasoned just right for my taste. There are partitions separating the booths. The bathroom was very clean. Although when my friend went in the pervious person was disgusting and pee all over the seat and floor, you know who you are....come on guy clean after you pee this isn't your house and there are no maids to keep after you. No courtesy at all. But one of the employees did go in there and cleaned it up, so when I went it was cleaned. The person who cleaned the bathroom also told me to becareful that the floor was wet. I definitely recommend this place and would go back when I have a chance to."

"Service is absolute garbage. Place is near my house and one of the few restaurants delivered in the pandemic. Of course I ordered them regularly. You made little mistakes before, but nothing I couldn't handle, so I let it slip. But after this day I will not eat there anymore. How do you make a salad? How can you forget any vegetables that should be included with salad BUT of salad? And in addition, if you are aware of this error, how is the answer not as easy as we replace it. Instead, I was given the feeling that the mistake was MY FAULT, and even at worst I was told that I could go back there to get the missing vegetables... Lol. I should leave a SECOND time to get the veggies you forgot. Okay, don't worry. No more spending my money where it's not worth it. I will find a new family restaurant with much better service. But if you eat here, check your food first. Trust me, they have to screw something up. Smh."

"I ordered food from this restaurant tonight. When I went to pay for my food. I handed him (owner) my credit card. Before he ran the card, I told him to add something from the cooler that was right next to the register. When I turned around from the cooler, the owner had thrown my credit card on the counter and went about his way. Instead of handing it back My credit card to me. I told him that was very unsafe and I could’ve just walked away, not realizing that he didn’t hand me back my card. That it was very impolite And disrespectful of him to just throw my card down on the counter . This wasn’t the first time he was rude to me. This is the second and last time because I would never go back there again. He seems like he just doesn’t like my presence there for no reason. So I will Take my money and spend it somewhere where I am appreciated."

"I grabbed two slices of cheese to go with a friend late on a Saturday night. The pizza was alright. The crust wasn't too dry, but the flavor of the slices were lacking without a generous helping of cheese. "I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant. However, I felt that the waitress was a bit rushed and seemed annoyed when I mentioned that the cappuccino/espresso was cold. Instead of apologizing, she simply expressed her surprise that it was cold. She did offer to warm them up in the microwave, which she did. Two of our guests voiced their complaints, and she kindly removed that charge from the bill, but the other two guests were too polite to say anything. I might consider giving this place another shot, but I’m not sure I’d want to have the same waitress again."

Ive been living in Randolph for over 20 years and Forte has a tendency of over cooking their pizza leaving it brunt. Pizza Palace's quality has dropped of over the past few years and hasnt been the same. Quality and consistency has me coming back to this pizzeria. "My parents have been ordering from Joe’s for years for both themselves and for the family when visiting. They have both recently passed and my Sis and I decided to order from them while cleaning out their house. We were so extremely disappointed by the food we received that I’m writing a yelp review for the 1st time. Do better Joe’s!!!! All of food was cold, the meatballs were disgusting! I purchase better frozen from the grocery store. The fried mushrooms were super greasy and small and they didn’t delivery the ranch side as asked. The garlic bread was almost embarrassing; very small portion and very little flavor. The steak subs were comparable to Steakums purchased in the grocery store. Dinner was $56 and some change and we were generous with our trip for the driver. The entire food experience was frustrating and disappointing. We did call with our complaint and just said “do better”!!!!!"

"These were the worst wings I’ve ever had. They basically heated up Tyson chicken strips but the chicken was weird and stringy. The ranch was watery and slid right off the celery when I dipped it. Avoid the nachos at all costs. Instead of cheese these culinary geniuses decided to cover the chips in dog food quality steak and the longest strings of lettuce I’ve ever seen. Seriously, these things were like a foot long. They sent me a cup of jalapenos that were thicker than a double stuffed oreo and slipped some random carrots in there. It’s honestly comical how bad this place was."
