"We enjoyed our food, but not our evening out. You 're greeted at the front door by two faulty lights, one in the vestibule, the other at the host station. Then we were seated and greeted ? by Kirk. This is someone who should not be working with the public. He seems as if he 's jaded by the whole 'customer service thing ' and so he 's uncaring, uninterested, and downright rude. The restaurant was about 15% full, so it 's not like he was rushed. Nonetheless, we got 2 'drive-bys ' as he scurried past the table, slamming water glasses down without stopping, and then asking if everything was fine without stopping to hear the answer. My partner finished first, and while I was still eating mouth full , Kirk buzzed by asking if we wanted dessert. I did. But I wasn 't done eating. And my mouth was full. The check came immediately and I still wasn 't done . Maybe we both wanted coffee? Or an after dinner drink? Doesn 't matter, Kirk wanted us out as quickly as possible. We went up the street to Cheesecake Factory for dessert and a bad taste in our mouths from the Bravo experience."
