When it comes to chain restaurants like these it's all about the staff and how they make you feel welcome. My experience at this outback was incredible. I have a few allergy restrictions that make me worried about eating out, but our server Logan put my mind at ease, his knowledge of the menu was refreshing and helped me focus more on my night with my friends. This was a terrible exsperience and very unexpected at Outback. It has always been consistently good, but the steaks were just terrible. They looked gray and weird. I couldn't bring myself to even try one bite. My husband and son tried to eat theirs but ended up bringing most of them home for the dogs. Clearly Outback has changed the quality of, and the way they cook steaks. These steaks were definitely not cooked on a grill. They looked like maybe they attempted to sear them in a pan that wasn't hot enough and they were so tough and had far too much gristle for a ribye. The service was sub-par. We will probably never go back.

I typically avoid steakhouses because I am a pescatarian. I saw Outback’s commercial for hot honey shrimp and I thought it would be a good idea to try it. In the pas Outback has had some really good seafood dishes so I figured it’s worth the try! Also, they offered a free dessert on the 14 and 15 of October. I was sold on the free dessert! I ordered the hot honey shrimp, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The shrimp didn’t look exactly how it was pictured in the commercials smaller shrimp), however they tasted pretty good! My favorite part of the visit was interacting with Anthony and Kayla! They were working the “to go” orders and offered the best customer service! Not only to me either!...

First time visiting this location. Seated immediately by the hostess, very accommodating and friendly. Entrance, booths, hostess area and ladies room were clean and well maintained. Our server, Logan, was taking our drink orders within 2 minutes of being seated. They were very informative and helpful with choosing drinks and recommended a new watermelon version that was PERFECT for a hot summer day!
