"The server who attended to us was very friendly, but we were disappointed with the food quality—a feeling my roommate shared when I brought back a sandwich for them. The “loaded” nachos were quite basic, containing only chili, cheese, and onion, with no jalapeños available, and the chips were stale. The sandwiches had very little meat, the bread was soggy, and they fell apart while eating. Considering the portion size and quality, the prices were too high and didn’t even include chips. We ordered a Sprite but only received the can, without ice or a straw. I’m rating it 2 stars primarily because of the lovely decor and atmosphere. I can’t speak for other menu items as we didn’t try them, but there’s definitely potential. However, the sandwiches and nachos need significant improvement in preparation.
