I absolutely adore this place, but I had a troubling experience with a new employee who was disrespectful and rude to an elderly woman. When my husband addressed the situation, she resorted to name-calling, which I won't repeat. Additionally, she and her friends, who were with her, tried to confront him aggressively. We've been attempting to reach corporate about this but haven't had any luck. This employee really needs to learn how to treat customers properly. View menu

What a wonderful restaurant! It's spotless, has a fantastic atmosphere, and the welcoming vibe hits you as soon as you walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring you're well taken care of from the moment you arrive. The food is excellent and served quickly. The cleanliness of the place is impressive, with the staff doing a thorough job of maintaining it. The machines are entertaining and well-spaced, so you don't feel crowded while playing. The pool tables are a great added feature too. The bar service is quick, and they even ask you what you'd like to watch on TV. Karen, our server, was exceptional! Thank you, Karen, for your wonderful hospitality!

The atmosphere at Lucky Bernie’s is quite pleasant. However, the food leaves much to be desired. If you're hoping to grab a Philly cheesesteak or mozzarella sticks, you might be disappointed. For example, their roast beef Philly is tiny and dry—more suitable as a kids' meal—and doesn’t capture the flavors we expect from this classic sandwich. At that size and quality, it should cost no more than $5. Even more disappointing were the mozzarella sticks, which were both bland and soggy—definitely not what you want from this appetizer. The server who attended to us was very friendly, but we were disappointed with the food quality—a feeling my roommate shared when I brought back a sandwich for them. The “loaded” nachos were quite basic, containing only chili, cheese, and onion, with no jalapeños available, and the chips were stale. The sandwiches had very little meat, the bread was soggy, and they fell apart while eating. Considering the portion size and quality, the prices were too high and didn’t even include chips. We ordered a Sprite but only received the can, without ice or a straw. I’m rating it 2 stars primarily because of the lovely decor and atmosphere.
