"Not far from our hotel was this highly-rated Westway Diner. A group of 5, we arrived for brunch, and our timing was perfect as we were promptly seated and a line quickly formed behind us. Understandably, the restaurant is keen on turning its tables over, but I would call the service ?prompt?, but not ?rushed?. Everything arrived quickly? drinks, orders, food, refills, follow up? but we never felt pressured to exceed our own pace. Our orders consisted of meat lovers"

"What an amazing experience I had here. Bob (which I believe to be the owner) came by to greet myself and a friend of mine, personally. Thanked us for what we do, and was just the absolute sweetest. We had the cream of chicken rice, and it was the best by far! I've tried many places, but they're usually watery. This place has an amazing cream of chicken rice soup! Very flavorful, creamy, and their bread was very fresh and soft. This is 1000% a must try, I will be back with my family."

"Staff is very rude and racist. I wanted to take a friend to show him a different type of cuisine but after waiting 12mn for our turn, this server (she is short then the others) skipped us to serve someone who came way after us. They were not busy and we were the only customers until the last one stepped in. I flagged for her that we are waiting for our turn but she dismissed us and started serving the guy who came after us. Very disgusting and it was a racist behavior and very sexist. I wonder why your restaurant is try hard to bring in customers but changing the name and mentioning new management. If you don't welcome other races that Hispanics, out a label at the front, you would save us 12mn under this messy weather."

"I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up and asked the hostess to send a waitress please. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never treated this badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!"

"I used to visit this restaurant frequently before I experienced health issues starting on October 29, 2012. However, I returned, and despite many staff changes, the quality of the food, the kindness, and the efficiency of the employees have remained outstanding. One of the owner's family members recognized me, and we shared some laughs and a good conversation. To my surprise, my dinner was complimentary as a welcome back gesture. Where else in New Jersey can you find such hospitality?!!"

"Dec. 2012. The wife and I visited Scotty's twice while in NYC for our anniversary. The first day we had brunch. She had the NY Pastrami wrap which she raved about. The wrap included cheese, dijon mustard, a mountain of pastrami in a wrap. It was accompanied by fries, a pickle and cole slaw. I had a bacon, egg cheese omelet, which was very good. It came complete with country potatoes and toast. The morning staff was very nice and attended to our every need. A+ for our morning trip.<br/ <br/ The second time we went was a late night dinner, as we spent all day running around NYC doing some Christmas shopping. That night my wife got the corned beef wrap, again with fries, a pickle and cole slaw. I went with the open faced roast beef sandwich. It was accompanied with mashed potatoes and corn. As good as her pastrami wrap was, she said that the corned beef wrap was the opposite. The wrap was soggy, the meat was tough and had little to no flavor. The roast beef was tender, hot and was plentiful. I had to get a to-go plate because I couldn't eat it all. We also got a piece of strawberry cheesecake that was fantastic. The night staff was not nearly as nice as the morning staff. The cashier was rude and the wait staff in the evening was not as effecient as the morning staff. Overall, Scotty's was a good place and we will try again when we are back in NYC, but only for breakfast or brunch.<br/ <br/ C- for our evening trip."

"Wishbone started in the West Loop long, long before most other places that exist in the area today, and they used to have other locations. Their current West Loop location is newer and it's now the only one. This Cajun inspired restaurant has greatbreakfast dishes like a Jambalaya Omelet and Crunchy French Toast (that is crunchy and delicious). Sides and a corn muffin comewith most dishes and you've got a choice of cheesy grits, collard greens, and a number of other southern style sides. There's afull bar and a fun, mostly fruity, specialty drink list. They keep the coffee coming, service has always been good, and the menuoffers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only downside is that the dining room is pretty noisy and often has large groups."

"Terrible customer service. Delivery driver only complains about how you gave him a tip he ain’t want or complains on how long it took you to come to the door. Then when you call up there they take your whole order then put you on hold and hang up when they notice that you don’t give the driver the tip he wants. He don’t follow simple directions and then goes back to lie to the people back at the store and tell them you wasn’t where you said you was when he never came to the address."

"We visited a restaurant at 3600 W. 6th Street in Los Angeles, which is almost on the road to our family-owned spot. We placed a takeout order that included plain cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers without halved onions, cheeseburgers without tomato sauce, and a double cheeseburger. All the condiments—lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles—were packaged separately, along with the sauces (Thousand Island, ketchup, and mustard) in individual containers. We also ordered two large fries for four people. By keeping the toppings separate, the salad remained fresh and everything tasted fantastic! The server provided excellent advice, suggesting we order two large fries instead of four small ones, and we were grateful for that recommendation. The food was delicious, and we’ll definitely be returning!"

"Pizza Tag Pizza is the best pizza I have ever had. Not to mention the stuffed peppers, they are amazing! The flavors and toppings are consistently great, with generous portions. In my opinion, this place deserves 10 stars for their delicious and affordable pizza. It can get busy, but the owner is very kind and accommodating. My partner and I ordered from them twice for pizza day, and unfortunately both times our orders were incorrect. However, when we spoke to the owner, he was very understanding and quickly resolved the issue. He takes pride in his business and values customer feedback. Running a fast food pizza place can be tough, so he deserves some credit. The only downside is the occasionally rude woman who answers the phone. My advice would be to avoid speaking with her if possible. Overall, I highly recommend Pizza Tag Pizza!"

"Super cute, not-so-little cafe in the downtown of Graton. Parking isn't too tricky to find (check around the corner if the street itself is full). My friend and I came here looking for a space to do some work with wi-fi and were a little surprised that Willow Wood is a full sit-down all-day diner, but staff were still very friendly and welcomed us to do our laptop work as it was an off hour and pretty empty. There's plentiful indoor seating as well as a shaded, quieter outdoor space in the backyard. The menu options are extensive, and the coffee drink ginger ale we ordered were yummy, with the coffee being quite strong and aromatic and ginger ale bubbly as can be. Grateful for kind, work-friendly places like this."

"I went to show the staff the disgusting raw chicken and rotten cucumbers, but the manager insisted the cucumbers were fresh. Although Grubhub refunded my order and offered to make me a new salad, I don’t trust them anymore. I don’t understand why the owner would hire inexperienced kitchen staff who don't know how to cook. The manager also mentioned she couldn’t fire the cook because he was sick, stating another cook usually handled the chicken. It was a complete circus. The staff was defensive instead of apologetic, failing to take responsibility for potentially giving me food poisoning and covering my medical expenses. If you enjoy raw chicken and spoiled cucumbers, then by all means, eat here. Otherwise, I strongly advise against it."

"I've been here several times and each time it has been amazing. The family/people who run the business make connections with their customers always greeting with a smile.The parking is free but limited. The store itself is pretty small I believe only seating for 5 maybe 6 people. Inside they have deli meat and fridges of soda and drinks.Food wise you can get everything from deli meats and cheeses to pizzas. Calories, hoagies, and cheesesteaks. They are pretty good about having your order ready in about 10 minutes. Everything tastes fresh especially the pizza and mozzarella sticks.Highly recommend and pricing is fairly good."
