"I've been a customer here for many years, and I'm really disappointed to see that the quality has declined significantly. The portions are much smaller, and the prices have gone up. The orange chicken was tough and mostly gristle, seemingly fried earlier in the day and refried for dinner. The lo mein was so greasy that I couldn't eat it, and the wor wonton soup, which I used to love, had no flavor at all—just veggies and dumplings in plain water. I understand that times are tough and food costs are rising, but consistency is key to a restaurant's success."
