"This restaurant either intentionally overcharges customers or is unclear about their menu and pricing. I'm not sure which scenario is worse. The food tastes terrible, like a soggy cereal left in milk for three hours. It is definitely not worth the hype. If there were a knock-off version of Chinese food, this restaurant would be even worse. I have eaten at many places across the country, and this is by far the worst experience I have had. They should definitely consider shutting down because they clearly do not know how to prepare quality food. This restaurant is a huge disappointment."

"This is my favorite Chinese Take-out Restaurant. The service and food are always on point. I am not too fond that they do not accept card payments by phone for delivery, in fact, no delivery unless ordering via delivery service apps, such as Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. Nonetheless, pay by card is an option for pick-up orders and they take orders over the phone for pick-up. I recommend the vegetable fried rice and fried crab sticks, chicken and broccoli with any rice but mainly white rice, fried chicken wings, and their french fries."

"I have lived in Toms River my whole life and have tried every Chinese restaurant in the area, but this place is definitely the best. I have never written a review before, but I believe they deserve more recognition. My go-to order is General Tso's chicken with lo mein and steamed dumplings on the side, which I believe is the best I have ever had. Even my girlfriend, who used to dislike Chinese food, fell in love with the sweet and sour chicken from this place and now asks for it for every cheat meal. Today, I decided to try something new and ordered the shrimp dumplings and Kung Pao chicken, both of which were amazing. This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Toms River!"

"I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always had a good experience. However, I never thought to leave a review until something really good or really bad happened. Today, I visited and was pleasantly surprised to learn they had a Ccc mindest. It was my first time experiencing this, but the person at the register was very friendly and accommodating. Despite feeling a bit down from a long day at work, their kindness really lifted my spirits. This gesture alone will make me want to return. I'm not exaggerating when I say this restaurant is one of the top 2 Chinese restaurants in Pittsburgh for me. I am grateful to live near this place."

"I ordered from Panda Bowl Restaurant via Grubhub. They had a deal where if you order 15 dollars worth of food you get five Crabmeat Fried Wontons FREE. So I ordered one Spring Roll, one Vegetarian Spring Roll, a order of Chicken Flat Noodle, and a 20 oz bottle of Coke Zero. The restaurant does it's own delivery and delivered well within the 45 minutes I think of as a decent delivery time. They are about ten minutes away by car so add in the time to prepare the food and that ain't bad. The noodles were hot, the coke was cold, and there were no spills. The driver was polite and we used the condo's glass door as a divider as he handed me the order. So far great. And they packed the bag with extras such as a fork, napkins, a plate, every sauce you can think of. Even better. The Spring Rolls were perfect, even better with the Chinese mustard, and the Coke Zero felt great going down my throat. The Crabmeat Fried Wontons were perfect and the Chicken Flat Noodles was PACKED in the container. It always amazes me how such small containers can hold so much food. It had lots of chicken and a good amount of veggies. Five out of five. No complaints. Addition 2/15/2021. Ordered via Grubhub. Ordered the Chicken Flat Noodles, Vegetarian Spring Roll, Spring Roll, a Diet Pepsi, and Almond Cookies. I ordered it at 7:19 PM and the ETA was 7:50 to 8 PM. The Panda Bowl Restaurant use their own drivers so there is no tracker. As the location is about ten minutes, and in the past they always showed up early, I was sure it would easily come within the 45 minutes I think of as a decent delivery time. Hadn’t ordered from this restaurant for a long time and the new reviews worried me a tad. The driver delivered the food at 7:38 PM. I know the time because he called me once he got to the parking lot and was very polite when he handed me the food at the front door. The Diet Pepsi was cold, the Chicken Flat Noodles was hot, the Rolls came with Chinese Mustard, Soy Sauce and such, and the Almond Cookies were huge and there were SIX of them. And it all tasted good. I am full and happy and warm on this cold winter night and wish I could give them more stars. They even gave me two fortune cookies"

"This is the only Chinese restaurant in the area that serves Fried Sesame Balls! They are delicious and you should definitely give them a try if you haven't already. We enjoyed the food and found the prices to be quite reasonable compared to other places. The staff was friendly and attentive, even calling to confirm our online order and checking in to make sure we didn't forget anything. They also included 2 free drinks with our order, which was a nice touch. The Crab Rangoon and Beef on a Stick were delicious, the Pad Thai was different without peanuts but still good, and the Egg Rolls and Moo Shu Pork were on point. We would recommend this place despite any previous negative reviews. Try it for yourself, but we have found our new go-to spot for Chinese food!"

"Things started on a low note and only got worse. The server seating people wanted to place us within inches of a table where a baby screaming its lungs out. The worker seemed confused and was entirely perplexed as to why we didn't want that table, then tried to seat us at another table only 6 feet away from the still screaming baby. We were finally able to get a table at the other corner of the restaurant, far from the screaming baby. I'm not blaming the baby, just the person trying to seat us next to that table when there were literally 95% other open tables.It was 6PM on a Friday and I would have expected there to be fresh and hot food in nearly all the buffet spots but it was just the opposite. Nearly every steamer tray was almost empty and what was available was at room temperature and appeared to have been picked over and pushed around for a few hours. We spent 40 minutes trying to find some good items, but even in that time only a handful of items were replaced or refreshed, and those were items that we didn't come to an Asian restaurant for, such as french fries.We had diet Mist but it tasted like it was really just unflavored carbonated water.All the desserts looked old and dried, as if they are the same pre-made cake pieces and chocolate eclairs that are put out each day and then put back in the fridge at night and then brought back out the next day.When we went to pay, we had to flag down someone to come to the register. She said nothing, didn't bother to ask us how everything was, if she had, I would have gladly let her know how horrible everything was."

"I ordered through DoorDash, and this was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. As a truck driver, I’ve eaten at many places across the USA, but this location takes the prize for the worst experience. As soon as I opened the container for the Boneless Spare Ribs, I noticed something was off—starting with the color, and then the strange smell. I knew I shouldn’t, but I took a bite, and I immediately had to spit it out. The Egg Roll was dry and overly crunchy. The only item I managed to eat was the Shrimp Fried Rice, which was decent. I also noticed some dumpling-like items that I didn’t order and don’t care for, especially because I avoid anything with cream cheese or a similar filling, although it did smell good. I won’t be ordering from this place again, nor will I be trying any nearby Chinese restaurants in the future."

"I love Chinese food but this food was terrible. Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. The dumplings were fallen apart and soggy, the spare ribs were very salty and tough, the fried rice was bad and salty. Even the egg roll was bad too. I have a big appetite but I didnt finish the food. I dont know if this was an outlier tonight but I will not be ordering from this restaurant ever again."

"My first experience with Panda Garden was in Bethany Oklahoma. I honestly had no idea that we had one down here at all, but BY FAR has the best chicken fried rice and orange chicken I found everywhere. It is also much cheaper to eat as a family; definitely better in quantity and quality at the price than McDonald's. The staff alone was also hard working, fast, efficient, even goofy at times, while also professional and make you welcome. Love it! Definitely my new favorite Fast Food and Dine-in!"

"Good food, great pick-up and delivery service. I order them all the time. They tend to put carrots in many dishes which, in my opinion, are better left without, for example, beef with broccoli. However, they will do everything as you order and the dishes that I usually get are short, excellent. Killer won ton of soup-- strongly recommend. My new favorite is General Tsos Chicken, which is as good as I've ever had. Typically, I order beef with broccoli, beef pepper steak and the abovementioned General Tso's chicken. Order from these guys and you will not be disappointed."

"First time I was disappointed at first sight. When you set up and look around, everything you see is YOUST WEBS EVERYWHERE! But I still gave them the advantage of doubt. Beef Broccoli combo Platter with a pork roasted rice. It was oily, meat was playful with a funky to taste and rice was old. THE Lo Mein (plain) was also oily and tasteless. The egg roll was oily, but the freshest (frozen) part of the meal. So I came to the conclusion that I will not be able to order food from here. Thank you for a great service. But space must be deep cleaned and food must be fresh and with less oil."
